Account Manager Daniel spent an entire afternoon helping us create our dream kitchen.With their extensive inventory and his knowledge and expertise, we were able to touch, feel, and compare everything.First, we got the best price on the planet for our entire kitchen suite of appliances.Then came our $1,000 dollar manufacturer rebate!Two weeks later, Daniel sold us our washing machine for $150 less than Costco’s sale price!Now it’s mid December and I’m on the manufacturer website and see our microwave/oven combo for $350 less than our Black Friday price.I called Daniel and asked about the price difference, knowing that their Price Match Policy was for local retailers, not online retailers. I wasn’t very optimistic.Daniel said he would look into it.The next morning Daniel called to confirm our mailing address so he could send us a check for $350!Clearly Johnson Brothers Appliances and Daniel went above and beyond to take care of us on every level to give us the best possible customer experience.This is how customers for LIFE are created!Peppe”

“I had tried everything to fix the clog in my central vacuum system. YouTube, shop vac, compressor, plumbing snake. Nothing worked. I got a recommendation for this company and made an appointment. This morning, Vassily, their technician showed up. He had the system running perfectly in 15 minutes! He explained all the situations that could cause a problem and showed me how he did everything. Besides being a great guy, he was a great technician. Highly recommend him if you have a problem. Basically he cleaned the clog with another central vacuum unit that he used inside the house. After seeing this I realized I could not have removed the clog by myself.”

The gal who helped me must have been a manager, because she greeted me, showed me where I needed to go, gave me great suggestions for what I needed, got me a printout of prices for what I was looking at, all while also assisting another staff member with her customer and still staying attentive to me. “They were the only place in Bend or Redmond that had a Propane Hot Water Heater and it was the right size and dimension. Haven't unbox it yet, but will follow up on its functionality. Smith is a great brand, so if it's not damaged in anyway out of the box...all should be great. Thanks Ferguson!!”

“I'm in this store just about always for home projects. As a recommendation... hack the system by ordering online first it's really a better option since in store can be hectic. Tend to shop late at night to avoid crowds and makes the experience much easier for those of us crowd-avoidant folk.”

“Using Lowe's in-house financing option, my in-laws bought a fridge in November of 2023. Great sales and installation experience - and this was their third appliance purchased at Lowe's. For Christmas, their children decided to chip in and pay off the fridge. My brother went in to pay off the balance of the Lowe's card with cash, but because he didn't have the card on him, he was told he couldn't. So instead the associate suggested that he purchase gift cards that could be used towards the balance of the Lowe's card. My in-laws were thrilled with the gift and went in to pay off the fridge with the gift cards only to be denied, and told "no one here would tell you that gift cards can be used that way". We now aren't able to exchange the gift cards back- and were told that if they returned the fridge, they would be credited with... gift cards. So now they aren't able to pay off their fridge and we are stuck with a huge amount of gift cards that frankly none of us have a need for - and none of us (5 families total) want to further patron Lowe's. This seems like a solvable customer service issue, but so far we haven't been offered a suitable resolution. Very frustrated, to say the least.1/29/24: update: Thank you for your response. It sounds like there is progress towards a solution. I will update my review when this issue is resolved. I appreciate this being addressed.1/31/24: update: resolved! “10 stars!!! The Geek Squad saved the day with my computer and multiple accounts being hacked.. Ryan worked with me and was so calm and knew exactly what to do while I was in a panic. He was patient with me as I had forgotten passwords and I never felt rushed with him. I'm so glad that he was my Geek Squad service rep. I was in and out with all new passwords which he helped me set up and confirmation that the hackers tried multiple times to get in my accounts all over the world but that their efforts were unsuccessful. Great Job Ryan!!!!!!!”

“I’m not one to typically leave reviews but I went in wanting a new Bluetooth car radio and the Autotech Noah was extremely helpful. Purchased the radio over the weekend and told him my brother would be installing it. He went over everything with me, was very patient, and informative. There is a piece my brother wasn’t comfortable hooking up for my steering wheel buttons so I went back and Noah offered to help me instantly, got it all set up and showed me how to use the Apple play. I feel a good review was the least I could do. I will be going back for the parking cameras and anything I’ll be needing! I’m so thankful for the amazing help!”
