“10 stars!!! The Geek Squad saved the day with my computer and multiple accounts being hacked.. Ryan worked with me and was so calm and knew exactly what to do while I was in a panic. He was patient with me as I had forgotten passwords and I never felt rushed with him. I'm so glad that he was my Geek Squad service rep. I was in and out with all new passwords which he helped me set up and confirmation that the hackers tried multiple times to get in my accounts all over the world but that their efforts were unsuccessful. Great Job Ryan!!!!!!!”
“Bend retail stores, in general, are pretty customer-centric, but this Best Buy consistently delivers 5-star quality. Walking through the door actually feels welcoming, and the floor layout makes it incredibly easy to track things down without wandering aimlessly. I'm completely old-school and value real human interaction, so it's great to see a staff that is genuinely friendly, engaging, and knows their stuff -- especially the crew over at the Geek Squad counter. Best Buy Bend's Apple product line is always well-stocked and easy to test out in person, too. And while I'll take a real conversation any day, their curbside and in-store pickup is so perfectly orchestrated that it's a lifesaver when you just need to grab your purchase and run... Especially when Claire is in dire need of an ice cream fix. Truth. LOL.”
