“Patrick at the 3rd St. Verizon store in Bend is amazing! He provided exceptional above and beyond service when I recently upgraded my phone. He transferred my data to my new phone perfectly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When I got home, I discovered a complicated log-in issue with one of the accounts on my phone. Next day, I went back to the store and Patrick took the time to do some deep-dive research to track down the problem and resolve it successfully! I’m incredibly grateful for his high level of technical expertise and persistence in finding the solution. I never could have fixed the issue on my own. Patrick is the best you can get when you need professional assistance with your phone or Verizon account. I highly recommend visiting the 3rd St. Verizon store and asking for him!”
“despite it being super busy Taylor and his coworker did a great job with kind and professional attitudes. he greeted everyone when they walked in and apologized for the wait, and continued to check in with them until he finally said “thanks for your patience.” when it was your turn. i was most impressed with his communication and knowledge about the products and services. i came in to return my old phone for a trade in, and he communicated super clearly what to expect on my next few bills, and how to use some features on my new phone. i really appreciated how kind, patient, and efficient he was!!”

“Had some questions about registering a phone I already owned, walked into this store and my answers were addressed professionally and problem resolved in about 5 mins, Ryan J and Isabella helped me out when nobody else would, the direct T-Mobile customer service line and another local branch couldn't or wouldn't help, I pretty much gave up on this but I happened to be in the area so I thought I'd ask for help and they did not hesitate.

“Literally the best taco truck in existence. My family is pure Mexican and we even own a truck but this is far better than anything I’ve ever had here in Oregon. The flavor they put on their meat is unique and not watered down by American Mexican food. It has simple cilantro and onion to top their tacos but the flavor the soak their meat in is the best!!! You gotta try it, I fell in love. A whole new meaning to tacos and burritos ??”
“I had an amazing experience at this US cellular store with a representative by the name of Colton Mosher, when I got my new phone. I have never left a review before. I was very impressed with Colton and how streamline and cordial he was.
The man deserves a raise and/ or recognition from US cellular at the bare minimum. This is coming from a person who regularly deals with salespeople, and corporate entities. Hopefully he does get his recognition. I’d hire him for the face of my company in a heartbeat.”
