“I had a trial of the 5G internet. Sadly it didn't work for me. I called to cancel and had a return label emailed to me, but they didn't actually cancel the service. I took it to Redmond to drop off and make sure my account was cancelled. They did not even open the box, or look up my account, they just taped the label on it and told me to drop it off at UPS. I wanted someone to look at my account to make sure I wouldn't be charged. I came into Bend and Adrian took care of everything! He went above and beyond and made sure my account was canceled. I would have never even possibly considered ever using T-Mobile in the future,, but after Adrian treated me like a real valuable human means I would come back to talk to him. Thank you for everything!”
