I had an exchange to make from a purchase on Patagonias website. Store was wonderful in helping me get a different size. They were very clear about their return/exchange policy (they are an independent store and can’t refund purchases made not through them) ad it sounds like some ppl got confused about it.

Great store nice people . Crazy expensive clothing you can purchase online from a different seller for less. Definitely try on in store but purchase elsewhere.

I went in to shop for some accessories for camping, black hole bag, tote bags and such. ... As I looked around the reorganized store for the items, I was ignored for the sales-woman who were too busy complaining how the men in their lives were stupid and did no actual work. After listening to complaints about HVAC pricing estimates and d*** men for 10 minutes, I had enough. The negativity, the vitriol and group caddy comments was not something I signed up. I've been a Patagonia customer for over 20 years, but you lost me today.
