Patagonia Bend is a locally owned and operated shop and a favorite in Bend. The staff are consistently described as super friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing, providing great customer service that goes above and beyond. They are clear about store policies and helpful with exchanges. The store offers great, quality products and gear for outdoor adventures while also supporting local community organizations. I ordered a ski jacket for an upcoming trip and in a temporary move the FedEx package got lost. No fault of the store, but the customer service to follow was personable, kind and prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to order online directly from this store again.
