“I had an issue. For two months my mail was being delivered but I it wasn't reaching me. I blamed the post office. It turns out the apartment complex gave me the wrong key and told me the wrong box. Rebecca (I think that was her name) was instrumental in assisting me in figuring out what the actual problem was. If not for her and her efforts I would have been in a desperate situation. I can't thank her or the mail delivery person enough. She even offered to bring the mail to my door if they had to. Thank you so much!!!!!”

“Idk I think it's a fine place. Every time I get something from Amazon, and it's too big for my mailbox, I'd rather have them take it back to somewhere secure than leave it out where some worthless package thief neighbor will snag it. I get the pink slip usually same day, and I've never had a single issue picking a package up, unless the line is too long and I don't feel like waiting in it, which happens from time to time. Staff isn't overtly friendly but they're definitely pleasant and not rude at all. I appreciate them. I think some people in this review section have never been on the other end of a counter, and it shows.”
