Project Bike is a fantastic bike shop with a great vibe and friendly, knowledgeable staff. It does not have the feel of a stuffy bike shop. The team provides excellent service, from simple walk-in repairs to building bikes to fit a customer's specific measurements. They communicate well, offer fair prices for parts and labor, and have a great selection of bikes. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and happy to share their insight, with particular expertise in mountain bikes, custom built wheels, and bikes. Customers report very easy service experiences, with clear recommendations and estimates. Many are loyal, returning for all their bikes from kids to adults, and purchasing multiple bikes from the shop. The overall experience is highly recommended, with customers stating they will not go anywhere else.

Very easy walk in, they told me the recommendations and estimated time the bike would be ready. Communicated well vua text and easy pay and pick up.All our bikes from kids to adult are serviced here. Great friendly staff.

We were traveling in the area and I had a caliper freeze up. The Project Bike team checked it out, had a replacement in stock and had the bike back on trail even faster than they estimated.I had a couple of other questions, unrelated to the work, and the shop was super knowledgeable and happy to share their insight.
