What an amazing store! So organized and had my size in all the brands and styles I was interested in.
Got to chat with the manager, Cheurice, and she was absolutely fantastic! Can’t wait for my daughter to visit from Medford since she also loves this place.

If I could give it 1/2 star I would. The prices are all mixed up along with the shoes. We were in there for 2 hrs trying to find a decent pair of shoes, we went to the cashier 3 times, every time we were up at the cashier they said it was the wrong price, I asked if they had a different size, nope 🙅♂️. We will NEVER shop at that store again, good ridden. I should have just ordered online at a different store. False advertising and no good service.

I can’t stand this store’s BOGO sale that they never honor. Almost every Croc sandal has a small circular identifying this part of the BOGO sale. But no matter what every time we try to utilize their BOGO sale, we are told the specific pair of shoes we are trying to purchase doesn’t apply. So frustrating, so I recommend to avoid this store: not very hard since the entire outlet mall is basically dying.

Found a pair of shoes that I really liked. Unfortunately they only had one in my size. However, they had clearly been worn for quite sometime outside the store and returned. There was creases on the sides where your foot bends, they had rocks and scuff marks on the bottom, scuff marks on the side, and in the sole as well. Additionally there was no security tag attached like all the other shoes and it was in a replacement brown box rather than an orange Nike box as if they were still new. The price for a brand new pair was $69.99 - I went to the front and asked if I could purchase at a discount. Immediately I was told no and was abruptly told they haven’t been worn outside the store. I asked the assistant manager who was helping me originally why is there no security tags, why is it in a brown box and not a Nike box and why is there scuff marks and rocks? She said unfortunately they have no control over how long people wear the shoes in the store and their store collects a lot of rocks… she states some peopI asked her why there’s no security tags and why is it not in a Nike box and she said it was just a mistake… they did not have my size and would need to order a pair in my size if I didn’t want to purchase the ones they have. I told her again they have clearly been used and work outside the store and I’d be happy to purchase them with a small discount. Even if it was 10%. She said no, and that the shoes had never left the building. I’d love to know how she can be so confident in that. Meanwhile I just checked on Nike store to see if I could order through them and they are cheaper online with my membership than this knock off Nordstrom store.
Seriously do better! Don’t sell clearly used shoes for full price and try to come up with excuses on why they look like they’ve been worn for two weeks and returned. Lost my service. As if they care. Word to the wise don’t ask for any reasonable discount on clearly used and returned shoes. They won’t be nice about it and waste your time with excuses.

Showed up 15min before closing. I totally understood they were closing and had every intention of being out of there prior to them closing. However I didn’t get a chance because the staff was extremely rude, rolling their eyes making sure I knew multiple times that they are closing and to hurry up or leave. I get it if I was being rude and it was after closing but I still had 15min with no intention on being there after they closed. Very rude and condescending for people that work in retail.

Noone seemed happy to be there. Not the employees, not the customers. The shoes were close to full price. The store was extremely cluttered. I most likely won't be returning.
