“This place was great. Had a 40ft container purchased at 1pm, cleaned, delivered to Redmond and leveled within 3 hours. Doug is great and Andrew is perhaps one of the best workers I have ever seen. Dude was straight hustling. This guy ran when 99.9% of us would have walked. And he took the time to do it right. I never would have thought a delivery of a shipping container would be so exciting. How they don't have a 5-star rating is beyond me. Andrew must have called in sick that day is my guess.”

They were so kind in a very difficult situation and offered assistance and support wherever they could. I cannot say enough amazing things about them. When we moved to Bend we had had countless issues with the moving company, and she was the best thing that happened to us in the process. Her kindness, willingness to help in any way she could, and her recommendations on how to deal with our over-abundance of furniture. The storage facility is actually landscaped and is kept very clean and cared for. It's really a pleasure to go over there, which is very unusual in my experience. Thank you, Bryley!”

“Blue Elephant Storage is local, communicative, reasonably priced, and easy to work with! They helped us pick a unit and ensured getting in and out was easy with both a code and a text to open gate. Only mild issue was the hours of 7-7 being available to get in, but having comfort in things being secure helps make that an easy pill to swallow. They also made the process of leaving the unit a breeze by only requiring a two week notice period and deducting pro rated rent from our original deposit.
