They got me in for an appointment right away and diagnosed my vehicle quickly. They ordered my parts and about a week later or so, they were able to get my car fixed. I bought a new set of all weather tires yesterday from Darryl for a price comparable to the increasingly-corporate Les Schwab and even Tire Rack. My tires came in less than a week after Darryl ordered them for me and now I’m ready for winter. I have trusted my vehicles to Darryl for over 15 years and he has always taken care of me in a timely fashion and for a fair price.”

“I was on a road trip and stopped in at his location driving from Colorado to Washington. I’ve never really had a bad experience with Discount Tire and my experience stays the same no matter the location, but I do want to take the time to leave a review of my experience with the Bend - Discount Tire location. The team and staff were fantastic! Busy, but motivated, polite, professional, prompt, and attentive. I brought my car in to get my tires checked. I had a feeling there was a leak in my front tire. Within half a hour or less they were done! I was quoted a hour. They explained everything to me as they checked my tires. It ended up being my front passenger tire had a hole. Because I bought the tire certificates, I walked out not paying a dime which was nice compared to my recent visit to the Kendall Toyota dealership service team five days prior where I had to take my car in to get checked for a faulty gas cap. Now, that place was a horrible experience. I still don’t understand how I walked out of the Kendall Toyota location paying nearly $200 for a gas cap (side tangent).
To sum up; I couldn't recommend this store/brand and location enough. Highly highly recommend.”
“Best tire place in Bend! I went to get 4 tires, and they gave me a fantastic deal. I bought used tires, but they are like new! They were able to change the tires on the spot, and everything was done in two hours. They are quick, efficient, and friendly. This should be your first and only option to get tires in Bend.”
“What can I say, I have been going to Les Schwabs for 32 years. Started when I had a young family in the middle of winter and needed tires. I could not afford them and they said, we can not let you leave with those tires, my credit was bad then and they helped me out. Never had an issue over the past 32 years until now. How many times have you had a warranty that of course what ever tge issue was, never seemed to be covered. Well, not this time. I have had great service for all these years and I'm not going to have an attitude of one item, that they keeped thier part of the deal and covered it, no charge. Yes, the service has changed through the years, but still above all others.

“I admit, I should have taken my tire in after the first time it went flat. But I thought I had cured it myself with a can of fix-a-flat. I cured it maybe four more times, each with a new can. Sometimes just topping it off with air would hold it for another month. Finally, I decided I should take it to Costco and get it fixed for real. And I WAS SHAMED. Shamed so badly at Costco, whose tire technicians told me no one would touch my tire including them due to all the fix-a-flat inside. My only option was to buy a full set of new tires because the tread was so different on the other three, it would ruin my transmission to put one new tread on. I left Costco against medical advice after three tire employees read me my rites and I drove away on a dangerous “will explode” tire over to Les Schwab. Les Schwab found the screw, pulled it out, and fixed the hole for free, and to my delight, with no shame involved. Thank you Les Schwab for the happy ending to my story.”
“A little biased, but I honestly used to hate Les Schwab due to another person's experience. But on Christmas Eve, when I found a screw in my tire, the day I needed to go to what ended up being the last Christmas I would spend with my Aunt, they fixed it for free! (wasn't even an existing customer!)! And they helped me out with chains that would fit my car so I could safely make it over the Pass. #LesSchwabForLife #Bend12 #LaPine233”

“Bend Costco Tire center was able to get my in for a walk in SUPER last minute. My car was wobbling and I needed a torque check and rebalancing. With only 30 min before they officially closed they were willing to take me because the bolts on my tires were loose. Super thankful for their willingness to take me last minute! I am really glad I went to them for tires.”
