In within a couple hours of calling the tire was repaired and we were back at our campsite at a very reasonable price. All the guys there were super friendly and helpful. I think everyone there offered us a cup of coffee.”

I dropped off my truck and they said everything would be done within a hour. This was on a Sunday. This will become my go-to tire shop from now on and I will pass by the big tire shop in town every time. Give this business a try. You won’t be disappointed!!!!! “Needed a new tire quick after waking and finding I had pick up 3 nails close to the side wall of my tire. The tread had worn down to far on the outside of my tire due to Les Schwab refusing to rotate or give me an alignment. Needless to say the tire was not repairable. They were the only other tire shop open before 8 a.m. so I brought in my tire on the rim and quoted me 75$ for a good used tire, installed, and said it would take about an hour. Needless to say they had the job done and matched my tread pattern as close as the could and called me a half an hour later. Made it to work with a tire that will probably last me another year at the least. Great service, friendly and without breaking the bank. Big thanks to Point S! ?????”

“I have been a loyal customer of Les Schwab since moving to the Pacific NW 20 years ago. With our recent snow, I'm reminded of how thankful I am to Les Schwab for staying late last October to put snow tires on my car. I work nearby and was able to check my car in before work and leave it for the day. After work, I still needed to wait, but I understood that it was a busy time for them, with everyone wanting to get their tires changed out to their winter set. I think they do a good job at keeping slots open for emergencies as well as taking appointments in advance. I didn't have an appointment but was able to drop off early and they assured me they would get to it by the end of the day. I know they had to stop taking drop-off before 11 am that day. I respect that. They can only do so much. It will be great when the new Redmond location opens.”
“We were in town for a family event when our alternator failed. It was a Saturday so finding someone to take care of it was difficult. When we called Oscar's they moved us to the front of the line and worked late to get it done. And they came in on Sunday to finish and get our back to us. The best customer service we've had in some time.”
