“This outfit is first rate. Our 2003 Eurovan had issues with the transmission and we couldn't find anyone locally who could fix it and felt we were out of options. Finally, we were referred to German Transaxle. We drove the 7 hours from Bellingham WA to Bend and a couple of weeks later we returned to pick her up. Our car is driving smoothly and we couldn't be more pleased. Taketa is the contact person and she is an excellent communicator. She explained clearly their protocol and a list of options for repair. The cost was not cheap but our Eurovan was definitely worth it. We would highly recommend German Transaxle.”

“After originally being told be a transmission shop down the street that my 2017 Ford F-150 was done for due to the transmission and I might as well trade it in to get money for it, I brought it in to SP Auto for a second opinion and they were able to give me a solution.A couple weeks later and I have my truck back! Yes, the fix came at a cost (still mad at Ford) but at least I get to keep my truck for the foreseeable future. All around great service from the team here!”

Very experienced with transmissions and transfer case’s from what I observed due the conversation we had. I think most these people leaving negative reviews don’t understand how complicated this work is.”

“This has been my go-to oil change spot for 5 years. This last time the whole thing took 10 minutes, including topping off power steering fluid, cleaning my windshield, and airing up my tires. They try to upsell additional services, but that's pretty common anywhere and in my experience, they're not super pushy about it. It's pretty easy to find coupons and they have different discounts on certain days of the week.Service: Oil change”
“Jesse and crew at 9th Street Auto Repair are the best! My F150 10 speed transmission failed. Yeah, that's a suprise. Thousands of these transmissions have failed and Ford isn't standing behind their products. Ford wanted me to leave the truck with them for at least a month maybe longer to replace it. Jesse's team found the replacement in less than a day. I had lots of questions and Jesse and the ladies in the office went out of their way to answer all of them.. They said it would take 2 days to replace it and a day to reprogram it. Most of the shops in Bend wouldn't even touch it. I towed it to them on the Wednesday before Christmas for them to start on it on Thursday figuring I might have it back before New Year's Eve. if I was lucky. They finished the transmission swap and reprogramingy and I picked it up on FRIDAY before Christmas! Only one day!! I also wanted them to check the rear end to see if it needed work. Jesse told me the rear end was fine and didn't need servicing. Some shops would have gone ahead and charged for the rear end work also. The truck runs great now and I can't be more pleased with their work. They also gave me tips to keep the truck running in great shape.I highly recommend 9th Street Auto for any work you need on your car or truck.”
