“Recommended by a trusted friend. I am overjoyed to have found Brandy's to resuscitate my 2010 Highlander (she's been rode hard & put up wet one too many times). Kendall Toyota quoted me $7k+ to repair an oil leak (said the engine had to be removed to repair it) and to replace the two front struts. Tom at Brandy's fixed the oil leak and was knowledgeable about updates to Toyota parts/service requirements; he also replaced all four struts at my request -- altogether for 1/3 of the price quoted by Kendall. I may be blonde but even I knew Kendall was ripping me off. Tom was extremely professional, responsive and had the Highlander turned around in less than 48 hours, as he had to order parts. Amazing! “Prior experiences have been so excellent no need to go elsewhere. Only slightly negative, mostly inconvenient, was purchase of new battery later proved to be suffering an inadequacy to hold charge when load put on it. After two visits to discuss the problem, the lead person was super to deal with and had patience to listen entirely to details of the problem even after they did their own analysis and testing. Character is what elevates good to excellent. Customer for life. Also, reading positive/negative customer experiences, esp Mr. Mertins, though a very sad & disappointing outcome, contributes cautionary knowledge in future car care at any facility. He had me pull into a parking space and took care of it fast and efficient and I was out of there. No waiting for all the oil changes ahead of me. That's service!”

“Called today and Spoke to Forest. I'm looking for Porsche Repair and he let me know that he has decided to only service Audi and Volkswagen vehicles. He referred me to another shop that he felt would do good work on Porsche's. Although Forest did not work on my car, he was kind enough to take the time and listen to me, and help. If you have a Vw or Audi, I don't think you could go wrong by giving your service and repair work to Forest. He listens and seems to know what he is doing.”

“My son bought a truck from here and on the way back to base the check engine light came on and started driving rough. He called the people he has the extend warranty with and they were no help. Bend Chevrolet had the truck hauled back to them and are currently looking into it to see what the problem is. They are in contact with my son and are keeping him informed with everything going on. I am in Georgia but they seem to be good people and want to make things right with him and are going the extra mile to do it. Thank you”

“I am so thrilled to have found my new forever car. I had such a wonderful experience buying my car at Bend Honda. The showroom is very beautiful and professional but even better than the showroom were the sales people. I was so lucky to have Connor assist me, along with Zachery. Be sure to ask for Connor, he is very knowledgable about all the cars and he was so awesome in getting me the deal I wanted. Not only is he a great salesman, he is a very well mannered and a generous person with his time and assistance. He was so patient, which is what we all want when we are shopping for a car. He may seem young but his is an old soul who listens to your details re financing and the kind of car that may suit your needs. In fact, when I was getting ready to leave, he was so thoughtful and actually synced my phone to my new car. And I bought my car on Monday and he checks on me everyday to make sure I am happy with my car and that he is very appreciative of me buying a car from him. Yes...Connor, along with Zachery, were great at what they do and I know their team and colleagues are who you should visit when you need a new car and want a great experience. “This has been my go-to oil change spot for 5 years. This last time the whole thing took 10 minutes, including topping off power steering fluid, cleaning my windshield, and airing up my tires. They try to upsell additional services, but that's pretty common anywhere and in my experience, they're not super pushy about it. It's pretty easy to find coupons and they have different discounts on certain days of the week.Service: Oil change”
