“While on an extended vacation trip in the West pulling our 2009 Smart Car behind our camper we had a potentially disabling event occur in which the soft plastic panel underneath the Smart Car came loose and was dragging underneath the vehicle. I temporarily fixed the problem until we could get it looked at. We were in Bend Oregon and took it to Peak Euro. They Immediately worked us in and repaired the under covering of our vehicle in a way to secure it for our return travel from Oregon to Ohio. The company and its employees could not have been more gracious and certainly recognized our urgent need to have an assured safe travel home. They fixed the problem while we waited. Everything went well and I can't really describe how pleased we were about the way our urgent need was accommodated. I know they were very busy because they were booked out for the next three weeks with appointments, and yet they took the time to help us in our day of need. Thank you to all and in particular to Ashley who made all the arrangements to get our vehicle in safe running order. I could not have found a more professional and caring auto service company to work with.

“Nate was able to solve two electrical issues for me, one unique one that I've been struggling with for over 3 years that multiple other shops and two Ford dealerships couldn't figure out. He got me into the shop really quickly and out the same day. His willingness to dig in and diagnose the issue was something I have never experienced at any other shop. He explained everything to me so clearly and the cost for what he performed was very fair. Definitely gained a customer for life.”
“The most genuine and understanding guys you’ll ever meet. Les Schwab had told us that our car was at 3mm and had been making a horrible grinding noise when driving after they serviced the car. We took it to brakes for less and were helped almost immediately. We learned our brakes were at 4mm and the grinding had been from a metal plate behind the rotor that just needed resurfaced. They helped us NO charge and even took us back and explained everything and let us ask questions. If i could give these guys 10 starts, I would. Honest and great work.”

“Wow! The people here are so nice & helpful!!!! We were in Oregon from Atlanta, GA and had an issue with our coach. Blake talked to us on the phone for 10 minutes trying to resolve the issue which unfortunately was unsuccessful. They allowed me to drive right over and looked at it in a very timely manner. Luckily, it was just a malfunctioning sensor that they were able to turn off in about 60 seconds. They didn’t even charge us. I wish they were in Atlanta so I could use them for any & all service!!!”
