Absolute nightmare. My transferred number never worked. I spent HOURS with their support trying to solve. They couldn’t so I transferred to Verizon, which they made hard. Then they had the nerve to report the bill for those few weeks to my credit report as unpaid. Unbelievable

The guy named Zack was very informative and helpful. I would give him 5 stars. The sevice and now all the problems I have using US Cellular is a nightmare! I have problems with my phone service at least 1 to 2 times a week and have to call. I have to go into the store for my current problem. I should have stayed with Straight... read full comment
