Shout out to Linda Bautista… absolutely the very best at customer service of anyone I have dealt with in any business….period. I am 64, retired attorney, former restaurant manager and have owned and managed several small business and LINDA BAUTISTA as good as it gets. She went out of her way to make sure my service and repair issue with a new ford bronco was done and done right. Linda went out of her way to get me a loaner car, to order new parts when the one sent was defective, to call and follow up to make sure everything was all taken care of….. and she works at the Porsche dealership, not the used Kendal Motors dealership where I bought this Bronco. She and Justin (at Kendal Ford service on 3rd) treated me like i had bought a 100K Porsche instead of a “24 Bronco was 2K mile as on it…..so…..my next vehicle will be bought at Kendal in Bend…. Whether it’s a Cayenne or a new F350………bc Linda has my back! Just a super nice lady AND EXACTLY the type of person I tried to hire in my prior business ventures. A perfect 10!”

“Last week was my first ever time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership (insanity?! I’ve always purchased private party!) so we were a little hesitant on a dealer just because horror stories and whatnot run wild. But we worked with Justin to purchase our Subaru there and it could not have been a better experience. “We had excellent service. We were able to get both of our vehicles in with back to back appointments for oil changes and tire rotations. We have a Promaster 3500 Rv Van and after the tire rotation the tire pressure for the front and back were correct, as they are different.

They were able to get this vehicle done quicker than they thought and we were called to bring the second vehicle back. Once again they kept us up to speed with what was happening. We received videos of the inspections for both vehicles.

I was able to use a 2/130.00 oil change coupon for one of the vehicles and can use the 2nd oil change within a year. Excellent savings.
