“I've had to bring my car here a few times due to people crashing into my ride. The service team are friendly and knowledgeable, and give you reasonable etas for repair time and usually come under it. Not only do they fix my car, but when I get it back it's been properly detailed inside and out. Which is just a little extra something that I appreciate.”

“Donovan at AutoZone deserves every bit of recognition for the outstanding customer service he provided us. We were stranded in a different city with our BMW and needed to replace a part just to get back on the road. Donovan went far beyond what anyone would expect—he let us borrow the tools we needed, and made sure we had everything we needed to fix it up. He genuinely cared about helping us out of the situation. We will never forget Donovan and he better be getting a promotion. Thank you Donovan and Autozone. Employee of the year”

“The friendly quality down to earth staff are amazing! Truly provide service with a smile, and think of the customer as a person and not a financial number. Jenn the front desk gal is one of a kind when it comes to representing the business! She deserves extra kudos from the boss! 😁 With that said, I went in for a quote and was presented with an option I had not expected! My financial pocket book was not stretched, beyond the necessary repair. I really appreciated the honest evaluation and care taken. Can't say enough about the three team members I delt with! Thank you so much!”
