The staff was friendly and willing to help even though he was super busy. We appreciated that. He was easy to work with when it came to organizing pick up and our couch is quality! I am so impressed! “This store is fantastic. Great selection of hats, clothes and vintage jewelry. I bought a Stetson and a vintage turquoise bracelet. What is REALLY amazing is the customer service / Rebecca = the owner. A week after I purchased my bracelet, some stones began falling out of it. I contacted the owner, Rebecca, and asked her what to do. I also live in Portland (ie - not nearby). She graciously offered to have it repaired at no cost to me. I sent it to a shop in AZ that she recommended. The whole process of repair, as well as communication with the repair shop and Rebecca was seamless. Truly above and beyond customer service. When Im back in Bend I will definitely pay another visit to Cowboy Cash!”
