“The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable and they have a good selection of high quality products. The store cats are amazing and they are always patient when my kids are asking questions. This store is by far the best feed store in the area, way better then Burns feed store.”

Some dry goods I noticed are priced significantly higher than you can find at online retailers (which I know can be an unfair comparison but I think more than 2x on some products is a bit much, in my opinion, while knowing how impossible it’s becoming to run small brick and mortar businesses).”

Best pet store anywhere.
They worked with us and our picky pets (over a few months) to find food that they like and that also balances their diet. Their selection is great for such a small storefront. And the costs are reasonable. No cat tax! Bring your pets. They have a whole table of dried treats to pick from. Kibble, canned, frozen and raw, and freeze dried.
Amazing to finally find a local store that meets EVERY need.

“Went to A to Z Pets Inc on a whim and loved it! You can tell they really care about their animals. The fish were gorgeous, and we couldn’t help but wave at big Al the giant gourami a few times. The aquatic plants are so healthy and thriving in my tanks. I will definitely be back. The staff was so helpful and easy to talk to, and I am really impressed by this store.”

“It definitely matters what veterinarian is at the vet clinic that day. This vet was amazing and was able to get nova‘s shot for heartworm results with no issues! You can tell this vet enjoys her job and enjoys animals! Much more pleasant than my last visit at the Happy Valley Vetco clinic.”
“Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I saw 6 employees and I couldn't get any help. When I asked for help, I was told someone would be there in a few minutes. I walked around the store and saw 3 employees stocking shelves. When I asked if they could help me, I was told, " that's not my area or department", I can't remember exact words. Very rude.

I'm not sure if the management changed or there are new employees. I ho into this store about 1-2 a week. Always friendly. The store is clean. The only thing I would have to say that is negative, they don't keep enough of the brand of cat food I buy. It's a fine place to go.”

Came into **Petco** to get litter. Left with three new cat toys, a bag of treats my cat will sniff once and ignore forever, a fancy water fountain she’ll be terrified of, and a sweater she’ll destroy out of spite.
Do I regret it? Not even a little. The store is clean, the aisles are full of temptation, and the staff is super friendly—even when I’m describing my cat’s personality like she’s a moody roommate with a tiara.
Petco fuels my delusion that one day my cat will *appreciate* me. Until then, I’ll keep spoiling her like she pays rent. ???”
