“I needed some serious help with getting my phone activated. I tried several times getting help from Verizon's customer service. But, that got me nowhere fast. So, I went to the Verizon store in Brookings to see if they could help. Matthew came to my rescue! Matthew did what customer service could not do. If it wasn't for him, I would have had to drive 100 miles to Verizon corporate to get my phone fixed. Lesson learned: do NOT buy a phone online. In-store ONLY. Thank you, Matthew!!
