“My alternator belt shredded while driving on the freeway on a long trip home. We pulled into Brownsville less than hopeful as most places were closed new years day, but we just made it into town before my battery died and pulled into Brownsville Body Shop. There was only one worker there, Jacob, who offered to drive 20 miles out of town to pick up a new belt for us while we waited back at the shop. When he returned he put the belt on for us and got us back on the road. Total miracle, absolutely above and beyond service!! Thank you Jacob and Brownsville Body Shop!
