“I needed to have the rear window replaced in my Honda Ridgeline. I got three quotes and Caliber was the best of the three. They worked directly with my insurance company Safeco (now Liberty Mutual). They took the truck right in and gave me a lift back to work. I received text messages & emails daily keeping me informed as the work was progressing, when there were decisions I needed to make they called and discussed it with me. Once the truck was complete, they washed it and offered to pick me up so I could get my truck back. They truck was washed and cleaner than when I dropped it off. The repairs look great and the window opens and closes perfectly. i would recommend this shop to all my family and friends.”

“Helped me figure mystery out with check engine light while repairing cosmetic damage. Primasing said they needed to replace grill hatch censor. Came to find out, it wasn’t even plugged in. The repairs were pristine. The last 2 cars my family needed cosmetic repair on, they went to Caliber Collisions. Both cars were not fixed, even efficiently. Shotty work! I will always refer people to Possum. They were FRIENDLY, great communication and even got my car done a day early.”

“AutoZone came to my rescue! I had car trouble and was stuck in a parking lot on an exit off I-5 and needed a part. I called the Albany store on 9th Ave to see if they had the part I needed and how long the store was open that evening. They had it in stock, so I said I'd be there in about 45 minutes, as I was on foot. The gentleman on the phone at AutoZone expressed concern that I'd be a woman walking alone in 90+ degree heat. He said that if I paid for the part over the phone with my credit card, he'd be happy to run it over to me. 12 minutes later, he arrived and he even made sure that the part was going to fit my car and that my car was running before he returned to the store. I wanted to give him a $20 dollar bill as a thank you, but he wouldn't take any money from me. What a knight in shining armor! I'm forever a fan of AutoZone now!”

I have purchased date coded correct parts from Hart Bros, Marvelous Parts or Oregon several times before. Their work is top notch! Received we purchased a high dollar rare water pump and the casting was a little more worn than I like. I’m fussy. They allowed me to return the pump for full credit. Customer service is obviously a high priority for them! Thanks!!”

“I am a Radio Technician for a Fortune 500 company, we were having problems with "cheap" LED lights making our 2 way radios unusable. I found this vendor and personally tested their lights for radio interference for C.B., UHF, VHF, and Low band 30-50 Mhz, and found none of these lights generated and measurable interference on these bands. Used a spectrum analyzer and the actual radios as a fall back. Even the highest output light bar produced negligible RFI. The simple explanation is cheaper light systems use a lower cost and much higher radio noise producing DC to DC converter.”
