“Though I have no experience with other rental agencies, I can say pretty surely these guys are the best. The cheapest rates I could find, friendly and accommodating staff at the Canby location. They did not have the car I paid for so they upgraded me for free so I would have something to drive when I needed it (and I desperately needed one at that time!). When I ended up needing the vehicle longer they extended my rental at those same rates, and the most impressively, when I incurred a parking ticket in said rental they paid it! I mean, if this is all standard practice for this company, kudos to them for putting customers first at all times!”

“Let me just say, I was having a terrible day due to finding out my trucks leaf spring was broken. So now I am here at enterprise. Upon walking in Jake, greeted me with a big smile that went to total sincere concern as he saw I was already choking up. Bad day.. Very bad day for me. So long story short.. Jake had me laughing and forgetting about all my problems in a matter of minutes. He reminded me life's to short to worry about these kinds of things as it could have been worse. And you know what... He is absolutely right. There are so many poeple thay aren't in the position to rent a car when theirs suddenly breaks.. So at least there is that. Also Jake was so kind and helpful with all my extra added safety concerns, like add ons just in case somthing happens to the rav4 ect. ect.
Seriously I was in and out within 10 mins. No joke. I am so thankful for Jake and the enterprise on mcglophlin Blvd.
