“I never thought I would be writing a review for a car rental agency! I mean— what’s there to write? You’re just a number and a dollar.
But what I experienced at Enterprise Beaverton so surprised and blessed me! They were down to earth, real, kind, and present. I felt seen from the minute I walked in the door!
They took interest in my situation! They offered to give me a ride home and told me they would have gladly picked me up at my house to get to them! Who? Does? That!???
Meg helped me get situated in the car. She also gave me tips on finding another as I was in the market. They even cut me a deal I didn’t deserve when I forgot to fill the car with gas on the return.
This is above and beyond. They don’t just think of themselves as being in the rental car business. No, they’re in the business of people! They care for and about people and happen to rent cars as well! How rare is that?

“This has been a top notch outfit for me! The Wilsonville, Oregon office, (I worked with Kyle and Zach) got me into a car the day I called. They were so helpful and friendly. They helped me navigate the rental car hoops after a car accident.
Andy at the Canby, Oregon office was also stellar when I needed to return my original rental and get a different car due to insurance requirements.

“My girlfriend and I recently needed to rent a car due to her car getting backed into while parked (thank god they left a note).
I initially selected an intermediate sized car from the Aloha location on Shaw St next to Classic Collision (conveniently located next to the very highly recommended shop we chose). When we got there, Brandon had our Nissan Altima all gassed up and ready. On the way over, my girlfriend mentioned that she wanted to drive an SUV so I asked Brandon if that was possible. He didn’t skip a beat and said it was no problem, but we would need to wait 15-20 minutes to get the vehicle from the main office. Then he said we could have the Jeep Sahara that had just been fueled up and washed. He had us take a look and my girlfriend liked it so we took it (hopefully it wasn’t meant for someone else now that I about it).
I’m sure it wasn’t, but I drove it like I was taking my first born home from the hospital lol. It was a very nice hybrid vehicle and I drive a 2008 Toyota Corolla so you can imagine how different it was.
Brandon was awesome. He explained everything clearly and concisely. He was extremely professional and patient. We will definitely be going back to that location again, but hopefully not for the same reason!”
