Have recently finished my onboarding and on my second week of group classes. The onboarding was a really positive experience. The coaches took so much time to teach, help, and encourage. If you’re anywhere near Canby and need a spot to get a quick workout in, this is your place. Great coaches, friendly athletes, amazing programming , and just all around a stellar time. I drop in every time I’m in the area and I’m never disappointed.
