Direct link has been amazing the 2+ years I’ve had internet with them. The service never went down, but more importantly they stayed true to their price lock they promised me. The other major internet service in town slowly then quickly raised my price every single month, but never direct link. I never got additional charges or hidden fees, and the customer service was always excellent. If you want high speed internet, cable, and a trusting company with great customer service, direct link is the only option I’d recommend in town. Don’t get worked over by the other guys with their false promises and “cheap” one year pricing(they will gouge you after), choose direct link and take comfort in knowing they’re honest and efficient.

Another morning starting work with no internet service. My internet service goes completely out at least twice per day. Maybe if there was consistency in the outages I could plan trips to town while my internet is out.

DirectLink’s customer care doesn’t care!! Had enough of their shotty services and long wait times just to deal with their rude customer service. So, I switched to WAVE. The overall service, equipment, and experience thus far with WAVE has been a great improvement. I’m saving money and their customer service actually provides service and are pleasant to speak with. What a novel idea if you want to keep your customers!!

I’ve been on the phone with “Joshua” for over half an hour just to get a tech to come out to my business and fix the issue with my service.Its day 5 without service despite calling numerous time and agreeing to pay any and every service fee.I even spoke to Mark the business account manager who is just awful and provided zero help.Unfortunately I dont have an option except using this awful company because of where my business is located.If you have a choice run as far and fast away from directlink. Especially if you’re a business owner who needs internet to run your business.Im now at 40 minutes….

I have had nothing but stellar service from this company! Their website is easy to use and is well defined. This makes paying your bill or addressing concerns such as weather outages incredibly easy. You could try to ask for better customer service from other telecom providers, but good luck with that experience being on hold with numerous customer service representatives from the company who can't answer your question, but can sell you some hot air without blinking an eye for 2 hours straight. Maybe you prefer Diet Water? At least the hard working employees who work here seem to care about customer loyalty! I am sure it is due to the service they can demonstrate they provide and dedication to doing the right thing by taking care of their customers! Thank you!

I've used this service for years only because there is really no other option and I've been displeased the whole time, even more so now they've upgraded to fibre optic; a service I didn't ask for, a service I had to take a day off to have someone install, after a phone call telling me I had to upgrade or my service would be cut off, a service I am suddenly being charged more for without any notice whatsoever and, before they respond with the typical "we care about your input", I did call customer service and they were no help.

Utterly useless. I attempted to purchase internet service from them. Received a series of non answers to my questions. I would look elsewhere.

Every ISP in this town is garbage and they know it but the city protects them from competition. If you use internet like the rest of the modern world, don't move to Canby.
