After researching on the Consumer Reports website, I decided to give the store a try. Shay was the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. She was incredible! No high pressure sales tactics and she answered every question I had. Highly recommend seeing her is you are looking for a new mattress. So far, I’ve found their middle of the line mattress very comfortable.”

“This popped up when I was searching for mid-century modern dinning chairs in an article about the 9 best places to buy used furniture in the area. They do have beautiful high end furniture. Everything looked to be in good shape and clean. Some unique pieces. I did not find what I was looking for. I am sure what they have in stock changes regularly since it is a consignment shop. This time around we only found 1 set of chairs that would fit the bill. They came with a table we did not care for. We did not find just 4-6 matching dinning chairs without a table. That is what we were looking for since we have a table already. They do not have a lot to choose from in terms of just a set of 4-6 dinning chairs.
They have a parking lot. Prices were moderate to high.”

“A store full of randomness. Kind of messy, overfilled with items really. A retail treasure hunt of sorts. They carry all sorts of random things. Blankets, furniture, cookware, wrapping paper toys, etc. Interesting place”
“I like Al's. Price can be high, but usually good quality and a ton of variety. My one issue is that when things are on sale, say I purchase from the clearance in the back at 50% off, they seem to sneakily not honor it. The last 2 times I've purchased something they gave me the baseline 30% off (all pottery at this time) even though I confirmed with the checker at checkout they were 50% off and she came and reviewed the tags/stickers. That's happened 2x this year, so be aware if they're overcharging you.”
“Kandace!!! I so hope I’m spelling her name right. This cool girl works at the cutting counter. I’ve only met her a few times but she is amazing! One of the kindest employees in the store. She is always so fun! She’s quick and straight to the point when cutting. It’s hard to shop with a toddler, especially when you have to wait for fabric to be cut. But In her past life, she must have been a cowboy because that girl has a quick draw! all around this is an awesome employee! She needs a raise or something lol. Even my mom loves her!

“This is one of those stores you won’t believe until you see it! You walk in and it is like a dream. Items from top to bottom and every thing you can think of. This is one of my new favorites places to go. Today I met an amazing woman who rang us out. I can’t for the life of me remember her name(I’ve had a long day😅) she had gorgeous silver hair and her birthday is coming up this Friday! But she honestly made the whole place for me. I love going somewhere and being treated with kindness. So I’ll be going back there many times! 10/10 absolutely recommend”
“A friend introduced me to the Elfie closet system and so I went to the Bridgeport store and I had to schedule a consultation. I met with Damon! He’s very patient and the process was Super easy peasy and best part I purchased during the sale. If you need to update change your closets etc go see Damon and get the Elfie system! You won’t regret it”

I was free today, so I came to Ross. I spent four hours browsing and shopping? While I was walking around, I heard a female employee greeting customers with kind and sweet words, without showing any signs of fatigue. I was happy to hear those greetings because she was friendly to every customer. She was an employee in the fitting room. Thank you, Ross, for having everything and for the excellent staff. Ross gives customers smiles. I enjoyed my shopping experience.”
