“I had a issue with a package that a mom and pop usps store had sent for me - somehow off of my printed address label - to dunkirk,oh , the woman got canby, OR. My fault for not checking but I had handed her my address label - anyhow - Chris (don't know his last name) at the canby, OR location was able to watch for my box and told me he would call me when it came in as undeliverable since the address didn't exist - he called just now and it is on it's way back to me!! Thank you Chris!! You are awesome!!

“Alisa and Joshua were great and very helpful.Alisa went out her way when I came in 5 minutes to closing time. She assisted me with no hesitation and not trying to rush me out because of closing time. I wasn't home for a package I missed. She checked to see if the driver had gotten back. The driver was just arriving back and I waited patiently while she seen what she could do for me. She came back and had a package in her hands I was so happy and grateful. While she was in the back Joshua had came up front to help a customer. And then afterwards him and I started talking and he was very friendly. And once again not trying to rush me oit even though it was past closing time. I just wanted to acknowledge both of them and say FedEx should be very happy to have them as employees at your establishment.”

“I tried printing something at home for over an hour. Couldn't get the margins right, then I ran out of ink. I uploaded the files to FedEx online but coupdnt get it to load. I called the store several times and Robby was beyond patient and understanding. He assured me that he could help and advised me to come in. I did indeed go in and he was able to help me. He showed me what it would look like when printed, double checked the sizing and paper. He never rushed me or seemed irritated. Real customer service is hard to come by now a days and Robby definitely delivered that. Thank you again Robby.”

“Penny (the owner) happened to be training employees at the Canby, Oregon store when I arrived. I needed to open a business/personal mailbox and learn about other services available at the store. She was so warm and friendly, yet professional that it made my business transaction very pleasant! In addition, she was extremely patient and respectful to the employee she was training.”
