“Bob runs a great service with his son Gary. The mechanics do nice work.They do what we ask and have recommendations for maybe the next visit. We received a text with photos of the car's inspection telling us what was good and a couple suggestions of what we may want to address in the future. “Scrapped my corolla on the bottom of the frame and was making a loud noise when driving. Took it to Sherwood Exhaust and they found a bent bracket hitting my exhaust pipe. They removed the bracket and bent it back in shape removing the issue. They were honest and showed me the problem. I was in and out in a matter of 30 minutes. I am so grateful for such a great local business. Highly recommend this shop and will always go back to them for any issue.”

“I came in for brake pads and rotors, after calling ahead to set up an appointment and an over the phone estimate. They did a full evaluation and found a few other issues, put it in a digital estimate that was line by line. When I didn't understand what some of the things were they explained with metaphors or even showing me in person what the parts did and why they should be replaced. AND when I asked if they could replace only the brake pads and rotors they did without being pushy about adding anything on. On the estimate was an air filter change, they never brought it up in person to try and sell it or take it out and show me. Really honest feeling shop”

I have an older Sprinter that needed driver door adjustment, slider door fix, and a general service. Mike did a terrific job with it while keeping my informed all through the process. He has a very deep knowledge of Mercedes, and is just one of those mechanics who knows 'the right way' to do a given job on a given Mercedes vehicle. A person only gets that by consistently working hard to do a good job today, and get a little better today. Mike is one of those folks, and he's been doing this for decades. “I can say enough great things about Jim Estes Garage. They are the only place I could find that would work on my 1985 Chevy Square body. I went to three places, and they all told me that they no longer work on cars or trucks that were built before 1996!!!Jim Estes Garage works on everything. When I drove up to the shop, they had several older trucks in the lot as well as a 68 Buick Skylark GS. A Datsun 620 pick and at least 2 dozen other muscle cars and trucks from the 50's 60's 70's up to modern cars as well. The staff was amazingly helpful and took care of me even though I had several special requests. They even called me an Uber when my ride fell through.Thanks, guys, for such great service!Cheers!”

“I called near closing time trying to locate a front axle for my 20 year old truck. His system said he had one and he would call me back once he verified it was actually available. He called me back after a while saying he had it and what price it was. I drove over three hours the next morning to pick it up. He had it out and ready for me to inspect when I arrived. Everything looked to be as stated so I paid and he loaded it up. All said and done I was in and out in probably less than 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend doing business here.”
