He didn't even charge us for this. The trailer we rented was in good shape and looked new. Don't be put off with your first impressions of the facility. “The service is more than excellent, courteous, caring, respectful and everyone was eager to be helpful. I left my keys inside my vehicle but left an opening in one of my windows. Nick ask his supervisor about helping me get the key and in no time they retrieved my key and I was so thankful and happy for their help. Awesome service, in no time they gave me the vehicle I needed to collect a couple items I gave purchased close to the area.
Evelyn on the phone in no time also helped me locate the door with the slot for dropping the key.

“I reserved the truck for 24 hours, but the app switched it to 12 hours. When I tried to contact via chat, it said there was a 45 MINUTE WAIT TIME for next available agent! WHO HAS TIME TO SIT AND WAIT ON CHAT WHEN YOU'RE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING?!?!?
The human beings at the location were GREAT, but the online experience was absurd! I'm giving 5 stars because I believe the RATING applies to this LOCATION, not my experience with the BS undoubtedly outsourced (so-called) Customer Service!”

I have used Sherwood U-Haul for years and have always received excellent service whether I needed storage units, trucks or pods delivered and shipped.
My most recent experience of renting two pods were delivered/picked-up in a timely manner and handled with care by girls that were personable, efficient, experienced, and knowledgeable. Kellen in U-Haul Delivery always communicated all questions and answers in a timely manner. Pods will be stored along with a third pod in a clean climate-controlled facility at Sherwood U-Haul for months until it is time to ship them to Texas.
I highly recommend Sherwood U-Haul to everyone since it is the best there is in every way. They always go above and beyond my expectations; I have NEVER been disappointed.
