“WOW, the employee did ALL of the hard work for me on loading the car onto the trailer! Every place I've been to since then, I've had to do it myself. The weather was miserable, but the employee did all of the dirty-work for me, helped my back up the truck to the trailer, gave me pointers on double-checking everything, helped me check the operation of all lights.
On top of all of that, he let me park my car at his facility while I loaded the truck and told me to call him when I expected to be back. I was running WAY behind, and he still accommodated me with no issues at all. This employee is simply fantastic - went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”

now an address to the public! having to rent equipment to perform moves and deliveries is almost always a hassle but the mcewan staff is so calm, professional, helpful, and even funny! they always engage, they aim to please, and they make it beyond pleasant... an entirely stress free experience.
do yourself a favor - next time you need a rental... go out of your way to rent from this location. you wont be let down.

“We picked up our U-Haul truck here in less than 10 minutes. The customer service here was spot on, clear, concise, friendly and so easy! Usually I go to 100% U-Haul branded locations and it takes forever to get my truck. This was a lightning experience and the return was even faster. I 100% recommend this location to everybody and I would even go out of my way and I’d pay extra to come here again”

“The staff in Rentals at Parkrose Hardware made it very easy to reserve a U-Haul Cargo Van, and Joe was also very helpful in checking the Van in. It's also nice that there is a U-Haul location at this West Linn Parkrose Hardware store so one does not have to travel a long distance to get a Van.”
