“Jason is the best dude on the planet. This fella gives you the best customer service unsurpassed of any U-haul retail center than any of the big lots. He actually gives a damn and wants everybody who rents to have an awesome experience. Look, the facility looks a little weathered, but hell if his customer service is the best then his Storage facility probably is leak and rat free as this fella pays attention to detail. You would be a fool to rent a short or long haul from any other dealer. Jason is so respectful and down to earth it just hard to explain until you experience it for yourself. Safe travels all! “I can’t say enough. This is my second time using uhaul on Fir St. I am not the greatest with apps, got my truck scheduled on the holiday no less which Brian did for me over the phone. He said to follow the prompts on line and I ended up ordering a second truck. Brian took care of everything, canceled the second order and when I called to let him know about my good, he had already taken care of it. I am so thankful to him, his professionalism, his courtesy, he actually has customer appreciation and service! There’s not much of that around anymore. Hopefully they treat him well and move him up! He is a keeper! And Fir St. yard and garden Uhaul is the best uhaul rental store to go to! Thank you Brian! You are so appreciated!”

“I had a great experience with this U-Haul. We needed to drop off a truck and storage very last minute and they were able to handle everything. I wish they had larger storage options available. (The biggest was a 10x10). That being said I really apricate the help and that things like the lock were included. The storage complex is climate controlled and indoor. The staff is a pleasure to work with. The complex itself is very clean and kept up.”
