“I can’t say enough. This is my second time using uhaul on Fir St. I am not the greatest with apps, got my truck scheduled on the holiday no less which Brian did for me over the phone. He said to follow the prompts on line and I ended up ordering a second truck. Brian took care of everything, canceled the second order and when I called to let him know about my good, he had already taken care of it. I am so thankful to him, his professionalism, his courtesy, he actually has customer appreciation and service! There’s not much of that around anymore. Hopefully they treat him well and move him up! He is a keeper! And Fir St. yard and garden Uhaul is the best uhaul rental store to go to! Thank you Brian! You are so appreciated!”

“Super easy to rent! The online site is a bit difficult but the ease of rental is 10/10!This location, you can fill up before bringing it back, right at the gas station! Convenient. They even told me to just leave it at the pump and they would take it from there! Talk about service!”
