“Dr Gartrell, Kayla and Karlee are all amazing. So great with my pup and her energy and also amazing with answering any questions I have regarding my pet. They are usually pretty quick at being able to get your pet in for an appointment. They know how to distract my pup from seeing the needle if they are going to give any vaccines or anything. It doesn’t hurt my pup but if she sees the needle she will not stay still. Love their staff.”
“As a new patient I was able to get a same day appt and have several times since. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even call or text after your appt to check up on how your animal is doing. Dr Pugsley takes his time and fully explains the diagnosis and options. He doesn't jump to expensive testing right off the bat. And their rates are very reasonable.”
