“Dr. Basham is so very kind and incredibly professional. I have been dealing with an aggressive behavioral situation with one of my 4 dogs for a few years and this past weekend was the worst situation yet. Dr. Basham was so tender with me, understanding the idea of surrendering him was heart breaking for me, she took the time to professionally explain AGAIN "I cap because she's done it so many times already", why it's the best solution for not only the aggressive one but the other 3 who reside in the stress. Additionally she reassured me that we did all we could as owners and sadly this happens from time to time. I am beyond thankful for her and the way she handled my situation with genuine sincerity.”
