204 South Main Street, CanyonvilleWe have gone to countryside for at least 10 years. We have 4 cats and have taken in strays over the years. This was an appointment for a senior cat that had a bad life before we got her. This is our third visit for her to treat a limp because she continues limping even after cortisol. We paid 231 for the return visit and 2 xray. She has system wide arthritis. We were prescribed gabapetin for her but Solensia was another option. We have used Solensia with our boy cat. It was helpful but it is new, expensive and requires monthly trips to the vet. They are always polite and kind. I feel they do want to help but the visits can feel rushed just because they are so busy. They need to add a veterinarian because it can be months for a regular appointment. I have heard they are looking but unable to fill the spot. I feel the prices can be on the higher end but today felt reasonable. The visit today was easy and they were able to get the xrays. They did not trim her nails today but they have made her bleed the last two nail trims which is a worry. I do understand cats are not easy patients.
