I live in Grants Pass, and they are all the way in Medford. It took me 30 minutes to get there and I was sitting there for less than 2 minutes, and I was back in a room. They got in and took everything into consideration and calmed me down. My Via loved them.

Staff and doctors are great. Never have issues with urgent requests and standard appointments are within a couple weeks usually. Plus the facility includes a dog park, which is great. I would recommend this vet to any of our friends or family.

Pacific looked good, so we had our pets records sent their way. Soon after, our old lady cat became ill and they were able to squeeze her in the next day on a Saturday! Everyone from the office manager to the technician Kat (yep!) and Dr.Rebecca were caring, and answered all of our questions. They also got our Miss Katy on the mend!

Aly was up to date on all health checks, and provided us with a super easy puppy buying experience. Our boy Deuce made a seamless transition from training at the park to the duck blind. Great drive in the field, but also a pretty chill dog at home! I’ll be buying from them again.
