“Shoutout to Alice with the cool hair. They’re so real. I always find good stuff at this location and am grateful to have a lil goodwill so close to home. Thank the thrift gods.”
“I alway love going here. The staff are alway nice and helpful. This is where i always go 1st for home improvement on a budget. Besides being a great charity too. They have lots of items that need just a warm home.and an idea. Cheers”
“This place is the best. Especially since times r tough. It's an inexpensive way to buy all kinds of things. Just bring some disposable gloves to sort thru the bins. It's not bad but occasionally there's been some things that r kind of icky to touch. Get ready to sort n dig! It's an adventure for sure! Thanks goodwill.”
“I've been in here a few times. It's hit or miss but I will say the employees are very kind and hardworking. For the most part things are pretty worn, especially clothing and shoes but occasionally I find some that aren't & some pretty good deals. Some items are overpriced(very common at thrift stores in this valley)so you will have to be very selective. I've also been slightly(by a few dollars)overcharged a few times, so I will be careful when being assisted to watch the cash register and also organize my items so they're not accidentally rang up twice. I like that the store helps the homeless & they do come in to the store and are often given a set of clothes to wear. I like to donate here over any of the big chain thrift stores. I like that the items go directly to support people in need instead of corporate pockets first. There's no returns so be careful with what you pick up and check your receipt before leaving to ensure you're charged correctly. I do pick up a lot of ceramics and notice & appreciate that this particular store has less damaged dishes, cups etc. than I've experienced at GW. Overall, this little thrift store is a great place to visit.”

“My daughter is in kindergarten here and we absolutely love kids unlimited! They have so many ways for parents to get involved and the one time we had an issue it was resolved promptly and made me feel at ease about the situation. Mrs Sabrina is such an amazing teacher and we love Tyrone, also the front office ladies work so hard and do a great job. Overall 10/10 school.”
“They deal with the same problems that any social services in the Rogue Valley have to put up with. Similarly, they have stretched themselves thin in some areas. But their hearts are exceptional and the staff are equally as unique in their level of compassion and love for their job, fellow staff members, and of course the people they serve!”
“Hearts was a great place for my daughter in her time of need! She wasn't sure at 1st because she felt that her Dad and I were abandoning her. She made lots of bonds with the staff and other kids. She was always respectful and listened to their rules. She did what was asked of her. She also definitely learned so much and grown from her experience at Hearts! Staff is truly amazing! I absolutely love Hearts with a mission and I'm truly forever grateful!”
“My daughter and I have always had a great time here. The classes are fun. We love swimming. I think they are redoing the spa and that should be nice. Might even be done but we haven't visited for a few months. Summer time at the pool can be chaotic. They have summer camp and the pool gets extremely crowded and loud when the camp is there. If you are not a fan of that, I would avoid day time open swim during summer break. I would love to see some improvements and or additions made to the place. It is a fun place nonetheless.”
“They help people low income with power bill for winter time and there medical equipment to those who need wheelchair potty chair shower holders etc and food too they try to help as many people as they can if the funds are there . Can give them call ask what you need see if help can be help or referred you to what ever you need . It a place for low income families single etc”
“I was looking for a way to re-landscape our property and spoke with Kristina at the Pollinator Project. She was very helpful and I was actually able to see some flowers and shrubs that they had planted in their own pollinator garden outside their storefront in Phoenix. I would encourage others to check out this great resource here in the Rogue Valley if they are thinking about a re-landscaping project at their home or business.”
“I went to a work function here. It was a really nice area with plenty of usable tables, chairs and clean bathrooms. There was also a super nice and helpful lady working who helped us bring out some tables to replace the broken ones that a previous party had damaged.”
“Sometimes you just have to make time to shop different places. So happy we did. The prices were very reasonable. Store was organized. Lots of goodies. Staff very friendly. Shirt tie pants $14”
“This is a great group of folks doing an awesome work in our community, country and the world! Reaching out to those in need they are true servants of the Lord, tirelessly giving themselves to the needs around them.”
“Full disclosure here - I volunteer with the Siskiyou Mountain Club, helping to restore and maintain trails in our Southern Oregon/ Northern California wilderness - but, these guys are truly amazing. Check them out online and next time you are in Talent, go and say 'hi'. They are so knowledgeable. I guarantee your next camping trip or hike will be 100% more of an adventure because of their recommendations. Plus, on top of that, they have a small selection of high quality gear and all the money goes back into the Mountain Club's conservation work. If the great outdoors is important to you, supporting Siskiyou Mountain Club is a great way to make a difference.”
“I have him personally been able to participate here. But I do know from others that it is one of the places in town that are doing exceptional worth helping our youth become healthy and productive members of society. They have a safe drop off for kids who just need a place to stay out of trouble, and they also have mentorship programs. We could never have enough youth oriented programs in the Rogue Valley! ?? ??”
“So appreciative of this group of women for the support over the last year. I was able to leave a battery abusive relationship, and not go back. The world perceives abused women often as part of the problem, dramatic, manipulative and not honest because of the times we all often stay in the trauma bond forgiving our abusers and not able to get out. My last abuse was strangulation, and I was able to end it and never go back with the support system I have with Dawn who is a walking miracle in support and her team. It's been almost a year, and my life is not perfect but I have made huge strides in reclaiming myself and life. Thank you.”

“I am very grateful for this health option. I have been seeing Dr. Clarissa Carson at the Medford office for sometime now. She is amazing so down to earth and so easy to talk to! She listens to everything and will find a solution. I am so thankful for her, I only wish that she would do podcasts because she would be so beneficial to so many people. She is amazing you Have any mental health questions or problems? She is willing to help and is the very best that I have been to and I’ve been to a lot. Kudos to her give her a try you won’t be sorry!!”
“I first learned about Dogs for Better Lives when they were originally named Dogs for the Deaf.
This organization is wonderful in seeking fur babies from shelters, giving them the opportunity to have a better life. More importantly, when they’re placed with a person, they too are given the opportunity of a lifetime!
I was placed with my hearing dog seven years ago and have been blessed beyond measure by having this fur baby in my life! It has allowed me to have independence and not feel anxious about being in public alone. Not only is my pup a hearing dog,but he’s very intuitive to peoples feelings and emotions. He's done a wonderful job at helping people around him when he senses that something is wrong. He’s caring, loyal, and loving.
I’m blessed and so grateful for DBL for being such an amazing organization that places dogs who need a new opportunity in life, with people, seeking a new opportunity to gain independence!”
