The product selection was amazing and the quality of products beyond anything I have seen before. I had originally made the reservation incorrectly and they quickly rescheduled me for later that day. “They restored a family heirloom ring that was badly damaged. The bands was in pieces and the gemstone was cracked. Becca explained everything to me clearly and gave me several options. I ended up replacing the cracked gemstone with the same type as the original and could not have been happier with the outcome. I also had my wedding ring resized and polished. Both rings look brand new and fit perfectly.”
“I have posted a review before, but I think it is fair to review with every experience so here's an updated review - Why would you go anywhere else for firearms or FFL transfer? These guys are the absolute best in the Rogue Valley - they have the lowest price for FFL transfer and accept orders from virtually every online gun store, I've noticed their license is on file as a preferred vendor for most places online too which makes the process that much easier and faster. They called in my order today and saved me at least 2 weeks of waiting to pick up my purchase! I have never had such an easy and awesome transaction! Do yourself a favor and stop in sometime.”

“I love this store so much. Jason fixed my husband's wedding ring after wearing it over 50 years. He did a fantastic job. He is wonderful to talk to and so helpful. If you love beautiful Jewelry estate pieces, custom made pieces this is a must-see shop. And they have tons of wonderful other things for gifts. Or to treat yourself. He also made a custom ring for my new daughter in law one year ago with blue sapphires. It turned out perfect. I won't trust any other jeweler. Jason is honest. It is true you may have to wait a bit but that is a good sign to me. And you will not mind the wait honestly his work is worth it.”
“Mixed review. For the most part great boutique, I've only shopped online since I'm not close to their store front. But in the last month they've dropped the ball on fully addressing my issues with a product not on the app, rewards trying to be used and sezzle (not a sezzle issue, a boutique issue). I had two different post conversations that never got fully addressed. The first conversation, one of the workers tagged a couple people multiple times for help and no response. The second conversation, I actually got to talk with the owner but she gave me general responses without solving my problem. I'm super bummed because this isn't their norm but I buy a lot of wanakome from them, they're not cheap lol but feel I may need to move on.”

I went to J Villle this past Sunday hoping to browse around and pick up a couple of birthday gifts and was surprised to find another business had moved in. Blue Door is the new business and is a very nice shop with lots of great items. Worth the look. But I will miss Farmhouse~was one of my favorite places❣️”

“I went to the remodeled store, and to my surprise I was helped by Tresa, the manager. She was awesome at the mall and now I get to use her expertise here at Fred Meyer Jewelers South. She has the knowledge and excellent customer service aptitude to get exactly what your looking for. If she does this at the store level I would think the company needs to promote her to a higher level to train a region, to get top notch employees. Then everyone would get to experience her quality of work she puts forth for the customer, through the employees. The only negative I have is the entire store needs to fix the A/C. Nobody like to sweat while shopping. This is a corporate problem that they need to address. PROMOTE TRESA TO A REGIONAL OR DISTRICT MANAGER POSITION, Your company can't afford to loose such a great employee.”
“If you are a quilter, or someone who sews or knits, you should visit Fasturn LLC. They are hidden away (well not too much) on the road to Jacksonville, OR, but they are known the world over. They have inventions used by the creative all around the globe. Its a wonderful place to stop if you are inclined towards the creative. Have a look.”
“Stopped by this feed Meyer while visiting Oregon. Had never been to a Fred Meyer before and I was simply amazed of the size of this place. They literally cover everything from furniture to jewelry to groceries. I think the nearest comparison I can think of is a Costco, but without the need to buy a dozen of something. If you need something, I am sure they will have a version of it.”
“Steve and Deb at Quikfix are skilled in their crafts, with years of experience behind them. Southern Oregon is fortunate to have unique skills the two of them bring. Steve is a goldsmith and has many associate certifications. Deb is a gemologist and is qualified to do appraisals. When it comes to your most precious items of jewelry, I would trust these people. I am grateful they are part of our community.”
“We had ordered a custom ring and it was not as we specified, so we had to send it make. We were getting married in a few days and couldn't wait for a ring. We went in Samuels Jewelry and my wife found an awesome ring with a VVS diamond of good size and great color. The lady helping us gave it to us for half off the original price.
