“We first stopped into Gold and Gems Fine Jewelry after my necklace chain broke. This wasn’t just any necklace, it holds my brother’s ashes… who recently passed away unexpectedly.
The kindness and compassion we were shown were incredible. Ron, the owner, took the time to carefully solder the O-ring on my necklace so I wouldn’t have to worry about losing something so meaningful. The care and attention he gave me meant more than I can put into words. We’ll definitely be back, not only for any future repairs, cleanings, etc. but also to check out Ron’s personal watch line, named after his son. The pieces were absolutely gorgeous.

“Amazing experience here! I’ve purchased high quality jewelry and gotten piercings from Chari (owner). She is professional, her shop is very clean and she is highly knowledgeable. My friend and I walked in and she squeezed us both into her tight schedule which was so incredibly kind! My friend got her helix & I got my 3rd lobe. They have an excellent collection of semi-precious stones and jewelry at reasonable prices, and we shopped to our hearts content, buying a fossil pendant for my wife, and one for her mother. The kids (and I) enjoyed digging through the (free) rock and mineral box. Service from Joseph, one of the most knowledgeable salespeople I've ever encountered, was excellent. We will definitely return next time we are in town.”
