“Having some issues getting package delivered to this post office due to usps delay. Not the post offices fault but wanted to leave a review here on the customer service. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very polite and understood the issue I was having and gave me info on what I could do. Great customer service with this post office compared to others I’ve tried contacting .”

Even though the issue was on my old post office's end, he was able to reach out to them where I was unable and get my package on it's way - within a single business day. Now, of course, we got a little lucky - so don't go expecting solutions that fast, but have confidence in the fact that they will do everything they can to solve your problem. David knows what he's doing!!”

“Currently have to pick up my mail here due to mail box key change delays caused by the fires. The workers are always quick to get my mail for me and I've even had a kind employee cart my packages out to my car. Our postal workers deserve some love during these hard times and are much appreciated.”

“Super nice postmen but the only issue I have with them is there landscaping was beautiful years ago and now all the trees have died without replanting them and it just looks like a eye sore in the middle of central point I hope the city can address this”
