Christopher was very responsive when I called him and his price was considerably better than the two other places I called. He was able to schedule me in a couple of days. Hunter (I think that was his name) did the install and was very courteous. Haven't used the hitch yet, but looks good and we'll test it out next week!”

Update! July 2025
Just had new suspension, leafs, shackle hangers and UCAs installed. I haven't been able to really put things through the paces yet, but the rough, dirt 60 miles or so I did do on the way home felt like I was driving a new truck! Michael and the team nailed the setup and dialed everything in. Add a star!.......

Add 2 more stars!!! this thing is a beast, now! I love the new suspension. When getting quotes, everyone wanted to go with King or Fox. Wanderlust suggested E-Click when I told them my needs. I could not be happier. Do your research, call and get quotes from everyone, then go to Wanderlust and get the best folks in Oregon to do the work right. You will not be disappointed. Thanks guys!!!”

“I had Alpha's do a full exterior and interior detail on my Subaru Crosstrek. I hadn't washed it all winter and it lives outside. Moss and algae had started growing on the side and roof, and now that is warmer it dried and got baked on by the sun. It was a mess. Alpha's was able to get it all off and clayed, polished and waxed the paint. It looks great now. The interior wasn't nearly as bad but they made it look like new and even detailed the engine bay. I can't recommend these guys enough. The price was fair and they finished ahead of schedule. If you've ever done this level of detailing on a car you know how long it takes and how much work it is. Alpha's does it right and doesn't cut corners. I won't hesitate to use them again.”

“Installed a new updated car radio for my 2008 Tacoma that was exactly what I needed & within my budget & said I didnt need to spend additional $$$ for an amp.(knowledgable & honest sales staff). Radio sounds fabulous & cant see any signs of the installation.(very skilled install crew). I'm and old guy but sales staff was professional & treated me with respect. I felt welcome in the store. “Just wanna say thank you to Ryan and Clayton just wanted to say you guys you did an amazing job especially Clayton anyways you guys rock I greatly appreciate all of your help I had a little bit of issues. He jumped right on it fixed no questions asked I mean he made so easy. He’s fixing it right now and I gotta say he’s he’s a good employee And you guys should definitely keep him! Thank you for the positive experience! The only downside was I recently came in and the manager. Ryan promised me a set price and give me a quote for a back up camera for $50 and the lady that works there that’s going on maternity leave. I told her call your boss. I think she’s the assistant and this is happy Valley on 82nd Car toys and she charges me $300 for 10 minutes hon when I only authorize them for $50 approved by the manager himself .That’s a was big problem for me. after they install, the guy, Clayton was an amazing technician completely honest he remembers me. He remembers me that I had a conversation with Ryan. I finally got to speak with Ryan. He fully reimbursed me, quite frankly, I’m tired of coming here. My damn lights don’t work correctly no more they’re supposed to swap out a different stereo. I got talking to buying another one promise that everything works the same and it doesn’t and now I’m supposed to call the company to fix it nice people, but I feel like at this point you know they just need to keep their jobs but they’re very polite and professional. It’s society. They are very professional.
Every time I had an issue with the new upgrade on the stereo deck, Ryan was magically out. I didn’t like that. And he told me everything would work the same and I thought I was getting a 2024 stereo in my car it’s a 2022 quite frankly I trust Colton to do the work. Ryan means well and he’s very polite. He has kept his word to a certain extent, but if you can do it yourself, watch YouTube and buy the products. I am disabled. I can’t bend down and do it anymore. I dreaded going there now, but I like Colton and Ryan’s a good salesman and a polite person. I give zero stars to Galvin I think they should just fire him.”
