“We were in a panic as the rains in Portland had turned my daughter's car into a mobile aquarium. She had lots of mold and a previous attempt to resolve did not work. Then we found Detail by Miles, the website told the story of what he does and we were convinced it was who we had to work with. If you have issues with Mold and a leak in your car, you will find no one as detailed and determined to find and fix your problem. If the fix is something he can't do, he will be able to recommend the deeper fix, if he can't do it himself. I can't recommend anyone more than Jason.”

“I had a trailer hitch intalled on my Honda CR-V by Luxury Vehicle Care, which was one of three local businesses recommended by etrailer.com. Christopher was very responsive when I called him and his price was considerably better than the two other places I called. He was able to schedule me in a couple of days. Hunter (I think that was his name) did the install and was very courteous. Haven't used the hitch yet, but looks good and we'll test it out next week!”

“My car was unrecognizable! My 2010 Lexus GX460 was filthy, but after it got spa treatment at Custom Details, it looked like a new car! Not only did it gleam on the outside, I couldn't believe how great the interior looked - the leather, the dash and the floor - you could eat off it it looked so clean (although good luck finding even a crumb!). Yes, it was expensive, but worth it. As I took it home, it even seemed to drive better. I was very pleased.”

“Took my car here after I recovered it from a thief. Sean was really friendly and accomodating with my schedule. They did a really great job, especially for the price (I had the full detail done for $239)! It's an older car but they made it feel like new. They also can do ozone odor removal for a slight added fee ($30). Heads-up that it takes a while (9am-3pm), but that's understandable given shampooing the upholstry and the ozone treatment, plus you don't want a rush job with these things. My car has never looked so good!”
“Installed a new updated car radio for my 2008 Tacoma that was exactly what I needed & within my budget & said I didnt need to spend additional $$$ for an amp.(knowledgable & honest sales staff). Radio sounds fabulous & cant see any signs of the installation.(very skilled install crew). I'm and old guy but sales staff was professional & treated me with respect. I felt welcome in the store. He jumped right on it fixed no questions asked I mean he made so easy. He’s fixing it right now and I gotta say he’s he’s a good employee And you guys should definitely keep him! Thank you for the positive experience! The only downside was I recently came in and the manager. Ryan promised me a set price and give me a quote for a back up camera for $50 and the lady that works there that’s going on maternity leave. I told her call your boss. I think she’s the assistant and this is happy Valley on 82nd Car toys and she charges me $300 for 10 minutes hon when I only authorize them for $50 approved by the manager himself .That’s a was big problem for me. after they install, the guy, Clayton was an amazing technician completely honest he remembers me. He remembers me that I had a conversation with Ryan. I finally got to speak with Ryan. He fully reimbursed me, quite frankly, I’m tired of coming here. My damn lights don’t work correctly no more they’re supposed to swap out a different stereo. I got talking to buying another one promise that everything works the same and it doesn’t and now I’m supposed to call the company to fix it nice people, but I feel like at this point you know they just need to keep their jobs but they’re very polite and professional. It’s society. They are very professional.
Every time I had an issue with the new upgrade on the stereo deck, Ryan was magically out. I didn’t like that. And he told me everything would work the same and I thought I was getting a 2024 stereo in my car it’s a 2022 quite frankly I trust Colton to do the work. Ryan means well and he’s very polite. He has kept his word to a certain extent, but if you can do it yourself, watch YouTube and buy the products. I am disabled. I can’t bend down and do it anymore. I dreaded going there now, but I like Colton and Ryan’s a good salesman and a polite person. I give zero stars to Galvin I think they should just fire him.”

“Sean was AMAZING. Truly, I can't say enough good things. I have never had anyone put as much effort, skill, and dedication into car care before. He went above and beyond in every way-- I didn't expect that it would be possible to get all the dog hair out my car, but he did, and in addition cleaned things I wouldn't have thought of: inside the glove box, behind the turn signals, underneath the seat carriage, etc etc. He was also very affordable! I will absolutely use him again.”

“Sean did the art graphic design for my car, thought of very creative things that I hadn't even thought of. Every time I have had an issue with anything, they have backed their work 100% and always taken very good care of me. I was even in a car accident and they were able to redo my car at an extremely reasonable rate. Originally they did a custom wrap on my vehicle, and after the accident, they also did all of the body work and it looks 100% new again! Thanks you guys! You rock!”
