“Was expecting more home depot/Lowe's concept, but not really sure what to expect beyond that. They are open to the public, but definitely geared towards contractors with volume orders over time. They also have a massive lumber yard if you need anything wood
Staff was friendly and helpful. Just don't expect home depot or Lowes experience.

Expect more of a rural lumber/builder supply house in a large scale of materials. They seem to have a lot of items to sell, it is just not all on pallet racks for you to peruse. You ask the help at the counter and they will help you. Like they even know they are expected to help you, and not just cover a break in unfamiliar territory.
Even a person not directly involved with me tried assisting a bit, but had missed my intended usage statement, which was not typical for the item in question. On price alone, he has a better solution, but it did not assist in mitigating external noise as i was iintending to.

“I’ve been visiting and buying various things from Reclaim since I discovered it a few years ago. It’s like treasure hunting there. Today I bought four large ceiling louvers made of old growth Douglas fir. They’ll become privacy screens on our covered patio. Such a great find!
What was also particularly impressive was the help I got from the staff when helping me load them into my rental. The gentleman that helped me pointed out how to handle the pieces to avoid damaging them. I was grateful for this care and attention to detail. If you’ve got a project that doesn’t need attention immediately this is a great place to source old milled wood and other materials. Recycle and up cycle. Love this place”

“I made a large purchase of pressure treated boards from Milwaukie Lumber with the sole purpose of keeping my money local. My lumber was delivered today... I was a little surprised at the drop off technique. The lumber was just rolled off the back of the truck 5 feet from the ground. Sounded pretty rough... and I am certain the wood is absolutely fine, but wanted to make sure ML was aware of the drop and what the procedure was to replace damaged boards, if any. After going thru 3 people on 2 separate calls, ML reassured me that they stand behind their delivery technique and will take care of me as a customer. Overall my experience was good.”

Medallion industries, you are correct! I am so sorry! We've actually ordered doors and windows through you for a client a couple years ago... and the customer service, and quality of the doors and windows, were/are superb! Again, my apologies for getting you mixed up with Medallion Cabinetry! (They are horrible... and might be why I cant find them to leave a review)

Zero stars… If you are considering medallion for your cabinetry, just stop. We are on our 5th, 6th (I’ve lost track) attempt to get cabinets that 1) match the color we chose and 2) are smooth, and not damaged.
The doors have been sent back for feeling like sandpaper, dents, nicks, finishing nails poking out, and weird striping and horrible variations in color from one cabinet to the next.
Our original order was placed the end of June 2024 and our cabinets are still not correct. A year is absolutely unacceptable!
There are plenty of cabinets to choose from… pick another brand.”

“Very happy shopping here. They have a good selection. Service was great. One visit I just needed a small amount of sheet rock and they let me pick out some remnant pieces and did not charge me. We need to support local stores like this one.”
