I rarely have to wait long, but I suggest going either right when it opens (at 8 or 9am, depending on the day) or an hour or two before the end of the day (either 6 or 7pm, depending on the day) for better efficiency.
OTC medications available at lower prices than other retail pharmacies.
Plenty of seating for the wait. Tip: always order ahead if possible.
Customer service has always been good during my visits.

Wish I could give NO STARS
THIS IS THE RUDEST PHARMACY..
95% of the stuff treat the people who receive pain or adhd meds on a *Kaiser contract* like trash! They’re nice and all smiles UNTIL they see you’re picking up pain/adhd meds.. Don’t believe me.. just once fill your adhd/pain rx here.. watch how they get snotty and rude..
THEN ARGUE about when they’re due, WE’VE been picking up our rx long enough to know how picking up works ..
MY FAVORITE is when they say “Um that’s actually due tomorrow”.. You advocate for yourself.. they turn you away.. only to receive a text two hours later that it’s ready to pick up!!
Question::
Do you think we enjoy coming up there and being treated like a “drug seeker” and dealing with Superior attitudes 95% of you guys radiate.. NO!!
It’s bad enough that they have FULL ACCESS to your whole chart.. doc emails & notes etc
That’s way to personal IMO
I wish Kaiser would let us go to any pharmacy to fill .. it’s getting old being treated like I’m just “seeking meds”

The staff were wonderful, however, i had a newer echo tech doing my echo and she never read my chart before starting. She was lost.

Came to grab eye drops I ordered online and they said would be available today...show up and wait in line then get told they don't have them on site but they can order them for me to come back and pick up?? efficient system you got there 🤣

This isn't a walgreens. The pharmacists here know medicine, it's ran rather efficiently too! Sure, no place is perfect but I'm always impressed with the way this place is ran and the knowledgeable staff.

I pick up my patients meds every Friday. Most of the time they make me wait at least 45-60mins. Pick a number, they call it, then say it’s being processed. She calls it in on Wed.

I've been out of my meds 3 days now. Because they refuse to do their job and get the script from my previous pharmacy, I'm sitting in the urgent care lobby. It's clear to me they only want me to spend more money by forcing me to resort to being seen at urgent care. I'm livid. I obviously messed up in choosing them as my new insurance company.
