I was at fedex store first but they said they were too busy to do this (must be packing but I was the only customer there) in a rude way.
So, I stopped by my go-to Ups store this morning. Young lady took me first and started trying to figure out how to edit it to fit to the paper size I wanted.
And the other gentleman who was Hispanic? (curly hair -I’m writing this hoping the owner read this ) took it to his computer, edit the size, made me a sample to make sure. They were busy, a lot busier than fedex, I felt bad when many people came in, but no frustration, they were always very pleasant. They were multitasking and smiling to customers.
And he got it done for me.
We don’t get this kind of customer service everywhere any more.

“Upon fifth experience, can someone at UPS please read this and address this ongoing situation? Please share this info. It would be awesome if UPS provided a feedback method on your website to share experiences with poor UPS delivery via the UPS tracking number. It would also be awesome if your corporate shipping support department understood words like Suite. Seems like a word that should be within the lexicon of someone working in the shipping industry. Also, I shouldn't have to call back four times to reach someone with a functional phone that can process shipping instructions. I don't know why our UPS driver does not know how to deliver an item to a secure building. The instructions are very clearly provided in Amazon shipping instructions. One would think it would be logical that you go to the lobby and ask Security to take you to a secure floor. I should not have to keep providing these instructions. One would think a shipping company would have building instructions to make successful deliveries. I should also not be seeing a UPS log of delivery attempt made when none was made. The log should also not say business was closed when the business was not closed. Please improve your processes.”
“Well, ya know, it's the USPS. It's not a restaurant or a nail salon. They don't work for tips, and it's a hard job, even when you don't have to deal with the public. But who else is going to take a hand addressed letter from a 12 year old in Brooklyn, PDX, and deliver it to, idk..say... Perth. For $0.45? Anyone??..that's right, nobody but the USPS. This is our little neighborhood post office, and I, for one, appreciate their hard work. Also, I've never had an issue or seen anyone have an issue here at this particular branch. Smells fine, too.”

“I saw an array of critical reviews for PostalAnnex (prior to writing this one), and it is easy to see why some folks might be alienated. Having said that, I had a remarkable experience with a PostalAnnex employee by the name of Jessica. We had a series of documents notarized and copied before sending them to an out-of-state business via Federal Express. The FedEx label was generated for us by the out-of-state business. The delivery of these time-sensitive documents was significantly delayed, and we had no idea how to track the package. Jessica took the time to sleuth through PostalAnnex records to help locate the tracking number and thus identify the snag.She went above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to Jennifer!”
“I visited this location for passport photos. Employee Clay did an excellent job for me. I noticed that they make yard signs for city council candidates too when the candidate dropped in. They also rent mailboxes, offer fingerprinting, along with other services. This is a well-run, family-owned, local business with strong neighborhood ties.”
