Michaels is not my favorite store but they had this fabric on sale for $3 and it ended up being great blanket material. Their customer service is not as great as Joann’s. 4 star review.

This Michael's seems to always be well stocked. My daughter and I have been here multiple times over the last few years. The staff have always super competent and helpful (Especially compared to what I've experienced at another two-syllable named hobby/craft store).Thankful that my daughter is still into creating something with her mind and hands in between scrolling on TikTok and thankful that we can still go into a store and get what we need ?

The variety and cleanliness was great! However, on my last trip, I was very disappointed.I purchased items that were "buy one, get one half off," and/or "buy two, get one free." Upon check-out, no discounts were applied at all. I checked my receipt when I got to my car, and returned immediately, to have the salespeople rectify the situation.One item had most of the 1/2 off discount refunded to me. (Half of $25 is $12.50, and I received $11.50.) However, the second item that should have been 1/2 off, turned out to fall under the previous week's sale, and someone failed to pull down the sign. They didn't honor the discount, or even apologize for their error.Hobby Lobby is sounding better right now... ?

Had a bazaar customer service experience at check out with Jana. She was beyond condescending with every communication. I attempted to call thr store manager to discuss my horrible experience trying to check out, but thwir phones are turned off. Ultimately, I presume her negative argumentstive attitude is related to be overworked ad they are clearly short staffed. Regardless, being treated like I'm incompetent is insane.
