A lot of the products seemed like they were made specifically for Nordstrom Rack to sell. Customers can still find items, like boots or cologne, at a reasonable or considerably better price, though some feel it isn't that much better than a regular sale elsewhere. Some are disappointed by the selection, noting they don’t have many men’s suits, professional styles, or options for men's sizes like long arms. People come here a lot to pick up and return things. The cashiers are absolutely great, professional, and friendly. Associates throughout the store maintain orderly racks and shelves, and the checkout line moves pretty quickly. People are friendly, though some wish they were a bit friendlier.
