“Fairly pleasant experience this time they used to have a loss prevention guy that was super discrinatory if you didn't look like you belonged there but on my day off Im not getting fully dressed and if I'm spending 3 to 500 dollars I don't think I should be followed around if I'm wearing sweatpants and a hoody but I didn't see him this time super tall blonde guy and not hard to miss so maybe he's no longer there but the cashiers are very pleasant and helpful friendly and quick at getting you checked out and on your way.”
“I go here for very specific items whether in season or not and always manage to find what I need with help of staff which is eager to help and go extra mile. Been coming here for years and will continue too”
“Where do I go to review the wonderful experience I had a Macy's today in the cosmetic department? I approached the Clinique counter and met a wonderful helpful woman named Laura. Im trying to get back into the work force after trying retirement. Laura is about my age and she helped my choose some products that were perfect for me. i went home home and did a dress rehearsal for my interview with the products she picked. I look amazing and am ready for my interview. Thank you Laura!”
“I went to Portland on vacation and stopped to this wonderful place and was helped by a lovely yung lady named Kimberly ?She was so helpful and patient.I will definitely be stopping by on my future visit.”
“Carolyn (Casey) helped with my watch that was purchased overseas, resizing at this branch very kindly and patiently, she was also very helpful with selecting a new set of earrings and can't recommend her enough!”
“Oh man, I love this store! They have so many cute things for babies there! I had no trouble finding what I wanted, and I signed up for their rewards program too. I will definitely be shopping there again. The salesperson was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable.”
“Going to Jay’s is like the first class shoe stores of the past, salespeople that know their products very well, they listen to your concerns, talk about the shoe as they help put the shoe on and off. They actually measure your feet! They evaluate your stride and really know what they are talking about.I have 4E width and one foot with a little claw toe so have unusual needs in feet. My podiatrist Dr. Steve Tillett recommended Jays and because I live on the Westside it took me a while to come over to Jay’s Clackamas location. I wish I had come over sooner!I came into to buy some walking shoes and hiking boots. The salesperson showed me a variety of both styles and I walked out the door with Keene shoes and Dunham boots. I’ve had them for a couple,of weeks and they are fitting great.IF YOU HAVE WIDE FEET AND LIVE ANYWHERE NEAR THE PORTLAND METRO AREA, GO TO JAY’S!!!!”
