“I came in for brake pads and rotors, after calling ahead to set up an appointment and an over the phone estimate. They did a full evaluation and found a few other issues, put it in a digital estimate that was line by line. When I didn't understand what some of the things were they explained with metaphors or even showing me in person what the parts did and why they should be replaced. AND when I asked if they could replace only the brake pads and rotors they did without being pushy about adding anything on. On the estimate was an air filter change, they never brought it up in person to try and sell it or take it out and show me. Really honest feeling shop”

“After a couple of attempts to find someone to fix a broken door handle, someone recommended Gateway Tire World. Paul stopped what he was doing to examine the problem and had it fixed in just a few minutes. He also followed up on the low tire pressure reading and found a nail in one of my tires. He told me I could probably get it fixed where I had bought the tire. No attempt to sell me a new tire. The whole experience made my day and I will definitely make my next tire purchase here. Wish I had the option of making this a ten star review!”

They talked me out of buying an older car at a higher interest rate with no bells and whistles. “I got the ball joints replaced on my 2008 Chevy Malibu, which is notoriously hard to work on. I tried going to les schwab and contacting a Chevy dealership to get them replaced and both were unable to repair them without a ridiculous cost. I called Bradshaw’s and they were able to get me in the next day and provide me reasonable estimates within minutes. Shannon was extremely kind and communicative and everyone there was very helpful. As somebody who is terrified of dealing with car issues and mechanics i felt very confident in putting my trust in these folks. “I showed up on a Sunday morning right when they opened and it took a little bit for them to get set up because there were a couple of us, but they were kind and courteous nonetheless. They have a little waiting area that's nice in case you don't want to wait in the car. They changed my oil and even vacuumed the floor which I really appreciated. My only gripe is that I asked how much it would cost to replace my windshield wipers and they said $39.99, but did not mention that it was per wiper. I found out at the end. I didn't mind because I needed it done, but it would have been nice if that was made a little more clear. Would definitely come back next time I need service.”

I took my Saturn VEU in and they honestly told me it's probably not worth fixing the problem I had getting in through Oregon DEQ. I paid $900 for the car and the repair was a little over $2,000 and they honestly told me it's only a 50/50 it will fix the problem. HONEST AND RELIABLE ??”
