“Went there for the first time for a coolant flush and I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done. Other shops told me it could be up to 3 hours. But not this place. I came back recently because my car was having some start up issues and the guy at the desk told me that without a check engine light on, they might not be able to find the problem and since they charge for diagnostic, he was honest and said to just wait and see if my car even needs help. I really appreciated that.”
“I called them to see if they were hiring. From the start to the end of the phone call great professional conversation with some humor it was awesome. They aren't hiring at the moment but alot of help. If you wanna be taken care of by people that care I recommend come here 100% GOOD PEOPLE”

OLDER review: Honest, thorough -- everyone goes above and beyond to make the car-in-the-shop experience as pleasant as possible. The mechanic who worked on my car called around to get the best deal on a battery, and the guy who rung me up when I paid noticed I had a AAA card in my wallet and rang it up again to make sure I got my discount. I'm really happy to have a mechanic I can count on.”

My only complaint is that it was with them for a long time, but it was a complex job where the whole rear clamshell had to be removed. “I'll start this review by admitting that I am generally not trusting of auto mechanics. I do most of our automotive maintenance and repair and have had several occurrences with past mechanics where I found that they were being less than honest and performing unnecessary work in the interest of billing the customer more.
This made our experience with Dimitri even sweeter. I had diagnosed our Toyota Tacoma to have a leaking head gasket and took the car to Dimitri after receiving a referral from a neighbor.
Dimitri assessed the vehicle and gave us a solid estimate for replacing the head gasket and having the head milled.
We accepted his bid and had several discussions with Dimitri during the week he had our truck. He even sent over several pictures of the work in progress and updated us with his progress, including the need for additional work which he explained clearly and concisely.
Once the work was completed we picked up our Tacoma enjoyed an in-person conversation with Dimitri. We found him to be honest, straight-forward, and supportive. And best of all, his work was of exceptional quality. Our truck has never run better.
I'd recommend anyone in need of auto repair or maintenance to go see Dimitri!”

“Im hoping this becomes a 5 star edit. I was really hyped to take my late model 440i Gran Coupe for a post purchase inspection but ended up with confirmation for the work I had already done pre purchase and a let down over a car wash they promised that I didn't ask for. Also, when I dropped off the car I brought up specific issues I had noticed in the first 200 miles of driving, no information about those, just confirmation of what I already knew 530 dollars later. That being said the technician did an absolute amazing job with the inspection, it was just obvious the service technician I dropped the car off with also dropped the ball. I asked him to check my glove box because it wasn’t put in correctly and he went above and beyond to fix it for me. I noticed that there are a lot of new people working there and I feel like everyone there was a lot more professional than in the past. I will be back.”
