“Quick, easy, informational. I had some pretty crazy shit as in a loud concerning screeching sound. Of course they heard me coming in. The gentlemen let me know that I had a piece of the bracket to the brake unit was bent. Resulting in that God awful sound. Anywhoooooo. Thank you guys. I will for sure be back. Kylee was helpful and the 3 mechanics today were so helpful!”

“Got my Evora 400 serviced with Pro Tek and had great service all around. My only complaint is that it was with them for a long time, but it was a complex job where the whole rear clamshell had to be removed. There was a small issue a few weeks after I received the car back, they sorted it and another minor issue that was already existing asap and didn't charge me anything!”

“I needed my water pump replaced and contacted multiple mechanics to see how much it could be done for. Most mechanics around town were charging about $500. The Honda dealership was going to charge $750. I then remembered a mechanic shop that I used to drive by every day and decided to drive over there to see how much they could replace my water pump for. I got a quote for $280 which is phenomenal. I literally was able to get it done right there while waiting. The owner and everybody that works there is very friendly and very nice and very helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place more to anybody that needs to get their car fixed. Thank you too, Justino for such great service and providing a fair price. I will recommend this place to everybody and anytime I have any issue with my car. This is the first place that I’m going to go to.”
“I'll start this review by admitting that I am generally not trusting of auto mechanics. I do most of our automotive maintenance and repair and have had several occurrences with past mechanics where I found that they were being less than honest and performing unnecessary work in the interest of billing the customer more.
This made our experience with Dimitri even sweeter. I had diagnosed our Toyota Tacoma to have a leaking head gasket and took the car to Dimitri after receiving a referral from a neighbor.
Dimitri assessed the vehicle and gave us a solid estimate for replacing the head gasket and having the head milled.
We accepted his bid and had several discussions with Dimitri during the week he had our truck. He even sent over several pictures of the work in progress and updated us with his progress, including the need for additional work which he explained clearly and concisely.
Once the work was completed we picked up our Tacoma enjoyed an in-person conversation with Dimitri. We found him to be honest, straight-forward, and supportive. And best of all, his work was of exceptional quality. Our truck has never run better.
I'd recommend anyone in need of auto repair or maintenance to go see Dimitri!”

“I won't be able to say good things enough about these folks. My folks VW had a transmission issue with only 78000 miles on the car. They took it to Dick Hannah VW to be told they couldn't fix it due to unavailable parts. And... they didn't want to deal with the extended warranty they had. Perplexed, I called Halsey automotive repair based on a recommendation from a transmission shop in Portland. They looked at it, ascertained where the problem was and dealt with the warranty company without complaint. Not only did they find parts, but they went deep enough into the problem to fix it and prevent it from happening again. Bravo! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Quality shop with quality people. A rarity these days.”

The Colorado started having issues related to a TSB after I left only wish the warranty I left with covered TSB related issues but other then that I will be very much buying my next car here . Thankfully the TSB is something cheap
They even set me up with two free oil changes
The only thing I can complain about is the fact my kid now has waaaaaay too many Pokémon cards after the visit ?
Managers if you read this you have a great team at the Mazda dealership.

“Everyone was very friendly, asked questions about my truck in general, explained the difference between my oil types. I explained I was heading out for a road trip & I’m the one that gets pulled over for a license plate light being out!
Service was very quick and I asked for all my non-functional lights to be replaced.
They got everything all the dead lights swapped for functional lights, it looks like the entire lighting system at the top of my lift gate on the back door. Best guess is it probably needs to be replaced by a new entire unit.
I had not been to this jiffy Jiffy Lube, it wasn’t too busy and I didn’t have to wait so I was surprised and very thankful.
Everything got done and I was very pleased.

“This is second trip to Vo's for a different car.
The communication was incredible. The technician we had was Jon, got in diagnosed the problem and saved us money by seeing if some of the parts are salvageable, which they were. Car was towed there late Monday afternoon around 4 and got a call today
(Wednesday) morning and it was ready.
Also love they support our military. Cant say enough good things them-turn around, price and honesty-what more can you ask for.”

I came in with a pretty serious oil leak and they quickly admitted that it was a more serious problem than they could handle.
