“Such a great experience! While we were waiting, we watched one of the men sit down at a table with an elderly lady, and he slowly explained everything they had done to fix her car, the costs, etc. it was exactly how I would want my mom to be treated.”

I came back recently because my car was having some start up issues and the guy at the desk told me that without a check engine light on, they might not be able to find the problem and since they charge for diagnostic, he was honest and said to just wait and see if my car even needs help. I really appreciated that.”

“Did a very good job on the balance tires don’t vibrate at all. They did take a little bit of time, but I’m not docking them on that because I had them swap one of My wheels that was Curbed And asked if they could take one of the old tires that still got the most tread on it and place it on the curbed wheel as a spare since my car doesn’t have one. They swapped the TPS sensors and did everything exactly like I asked, and even price matched the tires to their current sale that I didn’t have when I ordered the tires overall pretty good experience would definitely recommend but y’all have to remember this is a Costco and they’re always slammed.”
