“Let me share what rockstars this group of gents are. I knew I was going to soon need a brake job and so I had called around and done some research (my father is a retired mechanic and fabricator, so I try to follow his advice) and I felt this place hit all the check marks...price, time, location and amazing customer service.
When I arrived, the shop was spotless. Not that it matters, but to do the work that they do and to keep the shop and themselves so tidy, it says they care about the quantity and appearance. BTW they also have the sweetest shop dog, who I fell in love with.
They finished replacing all my brakes and rotors in the a reasonable amount of time and even helped with a surprise issue.... someone had actually CUT my emergency brake cable and taken the time to ziptie it to my frame so I wouldn't know. Theirfix of this surprise issue was not a money maker for them less than an hour labor and an $80 part. So I don't feel taken advantage of.
What really blows me away is I had just had my car to the dealership who tried to tell me I needed a bunch of service things, which I had actually already done. These gentlemen were honest. I have already given there name to a number of friends who are soon in need of brakes and tires.”

“Gary's has been my primary mechanic for over a year now.
I took my Mazda to a certified Mazda dealership and not only waited six months to hear back, but they actually left my car in a worse state they they received it. I found Gary's, told them the situation, and they had an appointment for me two days later. Within a day or two, they had identified the problem, told me it was too complex for a general shop to fix, gave me recommendations, and DIDN'T charge me for the diagnostic.
They were right about the diagnosis.
I've since brought my car in for new tires, rotations, brake issues, door actuator issues, and oil changes. The problems are always fixed in a timely manner and at a price at, or below, similar shops.
Kim is normally my point of contact and stays in constant contact, relays my info to the mechanics, and even checks on me a few days after the service to make sure everything's working okay.
I honestly couldn't be happier to have found a shop this friendly and reliable.”

Chris got me in and took care of everything as quickly as possible for a completely reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again and even though they’re not the closest shop to me they will be first in mind next time I need something.”
“Had previously had good work done at a fair price. Came back with a motor mount replacement and an oil change. Motor mount was repaired, kinda pricey I thought but it was done. The oil change was not done however. Luckily I had checked it. Brought it back in the next day and they are changing it and refunded the cost. Appreciate them owning it and doing the right thing. I’ll be back when needed.”

“Got my Evora 400 serviced with Pro Tek and had great service all around. My only complaint is that it was with them for a long time, but it was a complex job where the whole rear clamshell had to be removed. There was a small issue a few weeks after I received the car back, they sorted it and another minor issue that was already existing asap and didn't charge me anything!”

“I had a tire blowout and was lucky enough to be right next to Metro Car Care. I pulled in, explained what happened to the owner, and he was friendly, professional, and able to fit me in right away to have one of his technicians swap on my spare tire. I expected to pay something for the service, but when everything was finished they told me there was no charge. While I was waiting, everyone in the office and garage was friendly, professional, and efficient. The shop looked well-equipped and appears able to handle just about any repair or maintenance job. I'm grateful for their help and will definitely be bringing my car back the next time it needs service.”

“Hands down the best shop in town!My Defender was hit and damaged down the entire driver side and you wouldn’t know there was even a scratch looking at it now. Jeff was very communicative through the entire process and he dealt with everything related to the insurance company for estimates and payments. It was a drop off and pick up kind of experience for me (which I love) and the work speaks for itself. The day of pick up the car was spotless inside and out and everyone at the garage was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Freeman and will use them again if I ever need repairs.”

“I work with Dave at Industrial Tire all the time. He's our work contact for the Commercial account and I just started a business doing hotshot trucking.
I spoke to Dave about needing 16 ply tires on my Gooseneck trailer a massive upgrade from 10 ply that came with the trailer. Dave and his team were super helpful and really fast. I have a dually tandem axle trailer so I needed 2 sets and a spare.
Dave and the team had the tires changed and added valve stem extensions within 1 hour. You dont find this kind of service anywhere. Les Schwab would have 1 guy on this task for about 6 hours while you wait in store and charge upwards of twice what I was charged here. In fact I had a quote from Schwab where I also have an account and they quoted me $2,900 for 9 tires in a 14 ply and not the 16 ply. 16 ply wasn't even an option.”
“I never leave reviews but Tanner and Travis at Lombard Wheels were incredibly helpful, generous with their time, and the single reason I was able to put a new set of rims and tires on my car.
They were able to help me out when 6 other tire shops wouldn't or couldn't. Over the span of four visits, they explained to me what I needed to buy, what I shouldn't buy, what would work, and what wouldn't.
Yesterday was the culmination of all those visits and both guys mounted and balanced my rims and tires, even supplied me with air stems when the ones I had purchased wouldn't fit and did everything at the most competitive and affordable price. Couldn't be more grateful. Will be returning for all my future tire needs. Thanks guys.”
