No complaints.. tires take a while nothing new.... I'd imagine from the service reviews great knowledgeable staff. I'd call superior in my personal vehicle for tire problems reading the reviews.”

“Excellent service! I blew out two tires on a dang drainage curb but couldn't afford to get the car fixed until payday. I called to ask about a time to get it towed in and explained I couldn't pay for a few days. They said bring it on in, we'll fix it and hold on to it until you get paid. They kept my car inside overnight for one night and were very patient waiting for my sad butt to get in there and pay up. Additional, instead of up-selling, there was no pressure. Because I slammed the curb pretty good, they did recommend alignment and I thought that was a good idea anyway. I will go back next time I need tires.”

When I first came to them I was under the impression from another business that my car needed to have something changed on it. Kirk looked at my car and then told me “well, I could change that out for you, but your car really doesn’t need it and I would just be wasting your money! So I don’t recommend that!” They totally could have taken advantage of me if they had wanted to. I have always felt like any repairs were well explained to me, and the charges very reasonable. I have a 2006 Toyota Camry at 260K miles and they have been so helpful in keeping the car maintained and helping me sort through which repairs are actually needed to keep my old car running as long as possible without costing a ton. “I couldn't have been more pleased when I dropped in to Gill's Point s tire and auto ( the one at the Southwest corner of Murray Boulevard and Route 26) with my utility trailer tire that had lost all its a i r. I had taken the tire off the trailer that I was using to haul away Fallen branches and I had to get either the tire fixed or replaced. I happen to come at lunch time for the mechanics so Ben at the front desk was the only person there. But this was my good fortune as Ben offered the great favor of testing the tire for leaks so a decision could be made on how to proceed. Mind you this is the well-dressed guy in the office offering to get his hands and probably clothes dirty checking the tire out! This did not deter him for a second. Of course as luck would have it the job was messier than usual isn't that the tire had partially come off the rim and that he needed an explosive gas to reset the tire on the rim. During his work he made the critical observation that the valve looked loose. So he immediately replaced that for free as I found out later, and the tire checked out okay. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the effort that Ben applied to this. He wouldn't take any money for the work so I promised him that when this tire went bad I would buy the replacement from him.I never had an experience like this before at a tire store and this just became my tire store for the future. It's local businesses like this that we need to support!”

The whole Unscheduled appointment start to finish less than an hour and a half.That type of selection and timing gets you 5 stars.
